The website is fast. The booking page is clear and direct. The trip cost information is upfront and does not hide anything. Actual booking and after-booking confirmation / ticketing are also quite fast. I'm very pleased with my experience with this site. I'd like to use this website for future travel bookings.
Bad experience. Always has an issue with a flight they say is available. In actuality it is not and results in the change of times and company for the flight. Had a Oojo customer service member try to push insurance on me multiple times even though i refused. Oojo did over charge me for the flight as they emailed me a breakdown of the payment and shows that the total should be 182.00$ Instead they charged me 196.00$. I need this fixed.

It took at least 3 emails with support to get an answer from them about my missed flight. They simply did not respond timely. In addition, we had to reschedule our flight and they kill you with fees to the point where you save like $100 by rebooking with them instead of buying new tickets directly from the airline. The airline told us they will issue a refund if we contact the agency, they made this very clear and it was the only solution. Oojo would not issue a refund and want us to reschedule a flight, we already know this game. They rip you off in fees. Do not buy from this agency.

I had a few questions for Oojo. It was very easy and fast to get a real person on the phone. What's more, the person was most helpful and patient for this elderly person who is hard of hearing. Customer service not only answered my questions but sent a a pdf explaining the questions I had. I tried calling the airlines before Oojo and their telephone tree made it impossible to get through. Oojo was best value with awesome customer service.

I was worried as I wanted to change a ticket a month before a trip, however, their customer service answered on the first ring and was able to shorten a layover from 8 hours + down to 2. Yes it cost some money but that was my choice.

They are thiefts. They are withholding 32% of yours plane tickets costs and perform a refund in 2 to 8 weeks, just simply taking your money from you and using the rest for their business.

Very disappointed with their services. I booked the flight in October 2023 to Morocco, but because of recent earthquake I could not and do not want to go there. I asked them to exchange my ticket to different date and country, but using the same air company, and they refuced to do such thing, even though the flight company by itself is willing to help me. They want to give me my money back and withhold $700:(

Oojo was helpfull with my booking. Very nice flight options to Addis Ababa. I had some questions regarding travel restrictions and there was a pleasant customer care person who answered everything with patience.

Oojo is an absolute nightmare. So many problems feom start to finish, didn't get me correct info, could never look up my information on the website. Rebooked me for wrong ticket (told me premium and was economy) refused to do anything about it. Didn't respond to emails, horrible customer service

The booking process, once I narrowed down my flight, was relatively quick and easy to complete. Surprised to get a phone call shortly after from an Oojo agent who verbally reviewed all the details of my new reservation (and encouraged me to buy their paid-add-on trip insurance package). But the phone call to review my reservation nonetheless was a nice touch and detail. One thing I was a bit surprised by was discovering that my newly issued ticket, once I got it via email, had included seat assignments, even though I wasn't asked to select any specific seats or given that choice during the reservation process. I believe, now with the ticket in hand, I can go to the airline's website and update/adjust those auto-issued seat assignments. Based on my experience thus far, I'd use the service again.

Fast and convenient service. I've booked flight tickets with Oojo twice during the last 6 months and have no regrets, only positive experience. I am sorry for those who have had negative experience but I think at this time of uncertainty and Covid everyone is struggling to keep their businesses. Be aware when they selling you protection! The guy over the phone told me I am protected with emergency bill in the case something happen me on my trip AND HE LIE TO ME! Very unhappy customer! Never again will not buy with them ticket and will write everywhere my bad experience I been fraud and cheated to just buy that extra insurance! SHAME!

Honestly was a little skeptical of the site, but due to the promotions and discounts, I've booked it once before and it was all very easy and I didn't have any trouble with my flight. This time, I'm coming back to Oojo for its discounts and ran into some credit card authentication issues (not Oojo's fault) and also had to cancel my flight shortly thereafter for an unrelated issue. I'm mentioning this because I've now worked with 3 different Oojo staff for various issues (unrelated to Oojo, more so my own), and they have been SO easy to get in touch with, so friendly, and so. Human? Appreciate the professionalism.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews! I honestly will never book a flight with anyone else. I needed to book a last minute flight and the price was insane! The lowest I found was for 400$. I then found this agency and called them, Fargo was amazing! He helped me find a flight for Just 190$. He was really helpful and explained everything to me and didn't try to scam me or anything! He also explained the flight insurance and the risk that will happen if I don't buy this and then wanted to change the flight (I didn't buy it because I have school and knew that I won't change it). Everything was clear, you guys should just be careful and read everything if you aren't sure about your plans. I would strongly recommend them!

I purchased my tickets from OOJO on November 25 2021. On December 10.2021 I was at O'hare airport waiting to be checked for my flight. Apparently, the Indian government had canceled all visas issued before October of this year. I didn't know of this fact, so Etihad airline employees put my ticket on hold until I got my visa since it wasn't my fault. I also spoke to a OOJO representative who told me that I would only need to pay the differences in the fare. After my visa was approved, I contacted them to change the dates on my ticket. For the past 2 days I've been on hold with one representative then he/she transfers me to another one who tells me that "another" customer care department is in charge of cases like mine. Afterwards he/she tells me that I will receive a call back within 24 hours. Now 48 hours later (still waiting), I have not received anything. I'm a patient guy but this is just ridiculous. I would give them zero stars if I could. Trust me go somewhere else.

Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.

Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
