2nd time booked through Oojo. The ticket price is slightly below than the airline's own booking site or other prime travel sites. It's not a price-trap though. The ticket was booked and PNR issued at the price being quoted. The catch is that the seats are not assigned at the time of booking. Depending on the airline policy, you may be able to confirm seats for free after you receive the PNR or Airline's booking confirmation. Overall I am happy with my experience.
After making the booking, I got a call from their rep checking that I inputted all my correct info because the fare is non-refundable! I was amazed that no other airline or 3rd party travel agency had done that. Great service and great price!

This is my first time booking through Oojo. Customer Service does not respond or answer my calls. It is standard to have 24 hours to cancel a flight after booking. However, I'm not able to get a hold of anyone and the call keeps dropping after holding for an hour. This makes me very uncomfortable with trusting this service.

This company is the worse company to get your tickets with,me and my husband purchased our tickets and the protection plan on them,because we work a lot and we thought we can always change them, and we had to change them and we had to pay an absurd fee to change them.After a month we decided we needed to change them,again because of work,and they told me that I already used my benefits on the ticket and is a one time benefit,when we never even had part of that,we had to re pay an absurd fee to change our tickets. Oojo had the best prices for my international flight and the confirmation process was extremely quick. Unlike some other companies I have used who take several days to confirm and/or issue a ticket then raise the prices. I was booked and received an electronic ticket within minutes and the price was as advertised.

Read the fine print before you buy tickets from OOJO. They charge you a processing fee of $250 before processing your refund even though there is no penalty assessed by the airline.
I booked a return travel for my family through them. My family was denied boarding on the return flight due to a baggage delay at check in counter of several passengers ahead of them. As a result I had to scramble at the last minute to book more expensive one way return flight for my family. We contacted OOJO and explained the situation and requested them to process a refund of the unused portion of the ticket. They did process the refund but charged us a hefty processing fee for the refund per ticket. This was very unreasonable as there was no penalty/fees charged by the airline itself.
It is better to book directly with the airline. That way you may not get the best deal but at least you will not be fleeced when you miss your flight for no fault.

It was a great experience. Agent Luv assisted me professionally and went with me through the booking and verification process. It was very easy to use service and I will continue using it for my future flight plans. I travel to Jordan a lot, so will definitely call Luv when I need tickets again.

Pls believe the negative reviews. I got scammed and so will you. I purchased a ticket and I was over overcharged. They deducted more than the purchase amount from my bank account. I never got any itinerary. They never picked up their calls their customer service is horrible. DO NOT TRY IT.

Very bad service & deceived Workers to sell the airline tickets! Just snitching your money through fraud even you paid extra for cancelation fee during book your booking! I never ever see like this traveling service and agency since I am traveling! I want my full amount back because I already paid my cancellation fee!
I paid $743.10 for one side ticket with cancellation fee! And they refund me only $373.70 they detect almost $369.40 including fee of cancelation fee and when I talk to them for the next date they charged $300 extra for reschedule flight! What about those amount which I already paid extra fee for the cancelation?

Answer: I got my tickets, so yes, oojo.com is a legit site
Answer: When it comes to cancellation, they will charge a huge fee and they will never answer the phone call when asking for a refund. Worse service.
Answer: No they won't change your reservation even if it's in the 24 hour grace period. Do not use them
Answer: Please go ahead and file dispute/chargebacks against the credit card that you use. Just call your company and explain, they can help you with the rest. OOJO will not be of any help in such situations, they are here to rip people off of helpless situations.
Answer: No, OOJO is all about trying to rip you off of your helpless situation. Sox they will slap tons of fees, nothing less than $250.
