OnTrac

I purchased an expensive bicycle from REI shipped via OnTrac. When the bike did not arrive on the promised date, I checked their site and the status showed "Held at warehouse" when I called customer service, they sent an email to the warehouse and told me they would get back to me. They did not get back to me. I called again and they said the warehouse lost the bicycle and they are trying to find it? Really? How about you look for the giant box with the picture of a bicycle on it! Fortunately, REI is a great company and they immediately shipped out a replacement via UPS. OnTrac should officially change their business name to Lost Trac because they are incapable of keeping track of your shipment or being OnTrac with anything.

A car pulled up, and was rooting through their trunk for a long time. She walked part way up the driveway and proceeded to throw the package (that had glass in it) the rest of the way.she had no idea I was watching.

A lamp and shade were delivered in two separate boxes. Both boxes were delivered to my garage door behind the main entrance to my house! What are these people thinking? As I retrieved the boxes I noticed the larger box containing the lamp shade had a lift truck arm hole in the side of it. Predictably the shade was ruined despite excellent packaging by the seller! Now I have to return the shade to the seller with no reimbursement for my time, gas, and aggravation. If you hear something is being shipped via On Trac try to change the carrier if you can!

Not a good company to deliver your package they don't deliver in a timely manner will never use this company they say your package is out for delivery then turn around and tell me that it was an incorrect address this has happened for the last 3 days go to ups or fed ex or use your local post office don't use on trac

My order from Walmart has been seating in Tacoma wa for 5 days I live 20 miles from ontrac you call they can not give you no answers they always say give it to higher up team to look at this company need to be turn in to better business bureau poor company and employees are lazy it made me do one star to do review

Why do any companies work with this horribly sad excuse for a parcel service? Ordered from Temu Xmas gifts. Temu had to split order in 2 shipments due to regulatory stuff well the first half thst came by ups has been received for a week now and the half shipped with On trac is in the wind and like everyone else says they same canned responses from their cs reps and they take zero responsibility nor can they even venture to give you any kind of updates that are real. They need to be out of business.

They delivered my package late at night and in the wrong place and it got stolen. Or they just didn't leave anything there because there was no packages! Just awful! And it's the second time that happens!

They signed my delivery package and never delivered my stuff. It he value of my package is 600$ +, they are a scam company and stole my stuff! I

This was my first time with this delivery service. They are very incompetent. They delivered my package to the wrong address today. I had to walk around searching for my misplaced package in the rain. Their customer service is very slow as well. I would not recommend them to anyone!

They delivered my package in another place, my address is perfectly specific, they put it in another building, and never game me an explanation, very disappointing because I was waiting for my productos more than one week ago.

I've had no problems with onTrac. I place many online orders & the times that onTrac has delivered has been great! Delivery is on time, the boxes/pkgs are delivered with care in front of my door (which is where I want it), delivery person also rings the doorbell.

They delivered my package to the wrong house twice. My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the driver took it to the wrong house and now they say they can't relocate it. They delivered it to my neighbors house who is known to steal things and haven stolen things from me in the past. They acted so nonchalant about it like it wasn't their problem. Horrible company. Don't ever buy anything from a place that uses ontrac they obviously hire drivers who have zero brain cells and don't know how to read addresses. If I could give them zero stars I would.
