Law suit time

The worst company ever. I placed an order with Temu. It was a little over $200 worth of merch. One order was $111.00 the other three orders added up to another $100. There were four orders in total. Three were coming by On-Trac, one was being delivered by LOS. The three being delivered by On-Trac never made it. One is showing out for delivery, it's been that way for almost two weeks. The other three are showing they are in a completely different state. I am in Texas. According to their website it made it to Texas, however they're being delivered in Washington state. That goes to show that the
Merchandise is being stolen by the employees and their entering whatever information just to show something in their system. I hold Temu responsible for this as well. They know On-Trac's reputation but they continue to use them and continue to cause frustration with their customers. I will never shop at temu again. Not if they continue to use On-Trac as one of their couriers.
I have contacted my attorney and I will move forward with a lawsuit against On-Trac and possibly temu.

Worst company!

This company is a joke! Why would anyone choose to do business with them. If u have ANY problems or questions u need to listen to an AUTOMATED message, not live agent! If u want to talk to someone else u mist text them and wait an eternity for a response. Or email them! Wth! So basically ur issue will never be resolved.

This is by far the WORST carrier to ever use for delivering shipments. Never you use them. They keep on lying that they attempted delivering and no one was home even when I was sitting in front of my house the whole day waiting for them. I was sitting on the steps and received a message that they attempted to deliver but the front door needed an access code. These criminals should be behind bars. How I wish -5 stars was an option.

THEY ARE GARBAGE!

LETS START HERE. YOURE ONLY GETTING 1 STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE YOU -1!
I placed an order with Children's Place who uses LaserShip, who apparently has been recently purchased by ONTRAC. After reading the reviews, I am not surprised that I have come into this issue. This is by far the WORST carrier to ever use for delivering shipments. I placed this order on August 3 and it has been a nightmare ever since. I have been getting the runaround between Children's Place and ONTRAC for over a week now. With that being said, I will be doing a complaint on Children's Place as well. It seems as though this is the only way that I will be able to get this issue resolved. ONTRAC marked my order as delivered on August 10 and to my surprise no order had been delivered. I received the number from Children's Place to call ONTRAC. However, when calling, there is no option to speak to a live representative. I placed my number in the queue for a call back and it only opted me in for text message. A representative from Ontrac reached out ask for information and did nothing to resolve the issue. I spent money on an order that I did not receive. OnTrac is telling me to reach out to the merchant and Children's Place is telling me to reach out to ONTRAC. I am a single mother and I do not have money to waste on A incompetent, careless, company. All I asked, was for someone to mark this order as lost, so that I can resolve the issue with the merchant, since they "solely depend on the word of the carrier", and no one will even responded to me with a reasonable explanation or response to what happened. At this point I'm PISSED because this issue could have been simply resolved. I was told there there would be an investigation open and I will receive a response in two days and got NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!. Please help me resolve this issue, and at this point ONTRAC should shut down all services because they are costing single parents money that we don't have. I didn't want to take it here by blasting this company but here we are.

It so sad. That they. Doing this. Work so hard. For buying. Suff. And than. Delivery. Or someone else. Get free suff. On our expense. Ontac say delivery my package. Very very late. Night. I was waiting all day for that package soon I got. Text. I open my door. Top of that I have camera no show. No package no bell ring no door knock. Wast of my day. And money. For other person. Got my package u know not going to return free suff. 1 out 10 will even think that never come. Keep it for self.

I have had no problem with this company at all here in California. They have delivered all of my packages and I even got a package early!. They never once kicked my packages to the curve or anything. I seriously appreciate you guys!

So they marked my package as delivered but no one ever came to my home i have security cameras $800 unit gone from the person who was supposed to deliver it what happen to the proof photo why is this ok. Like the store should not have to refund me they should go after the dirt balls stealing if they dont have to face any actions why would they not continue to steal im not letting this go. Someone will pay for this point blank i posted a picture of what was supposed to be delivered today 8/18/2023 i want answers and not bs oh wrong address as i will not accept that.

Very unhappy

I never dealt with ontrac before but I know now to never again use them.I've been waiting on a package that was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago and now when I try to track the package it comes up blank.very unhappy.on top of it there is no way to speak to a live representative.just horrible with managing there business. On two seperate occasions I have had a company use Ontrac. While waiting on these two separate occasions I get an email that package was attempted at 7pm both occasions it was the same time. I was here all day and all night. Plus I have security cameras like a majority of the human population. They were no where near my home. The first time I contacted the company about it they said there was something wrong with the address no there wasn't it was the right address. This time it was driver felt it was unsafe. Now I live out in the middle of nowhere what exactly was he feeling unsafe about a rapid animal. The dark? What exactly is so unsafe about where I live and the sad part this company used them again for three more packages I'm getting. I had to wait two additional days to get a package that I'm waiting for now. I told them if I get another attempted delivery and no one was here I'm contacting the BBB and also the news because the company is having these drivers lie about delivery how do you know they aren't taking missing packages. They were busted not being on my property twice. I still have the paperwork and the video of the days the liar said he was here. I can't stand a two bit liar. This company is a incompetent ran mess. You can't speak to anyone live I am disgusted with this company. They are a poor excuse for a shipping company. Is it the company lying or the driver. I wouldn't trust a driver working for me lying about deliveries. They are capable of much more if they are doing that's. Pathetic and sad. And there are honest people out there looking for work.

If you believe in getting 403 errors while tracking, long wait times for your packages, not knowing where your package is for 2-3 weeks, customer service responding after late package deliveries and your package thrown like a frisbee. Ontrac is perfect for you.

Stolen Package

I rarely write reviews, neither negative nor positive, but this company is so bad that I feel the need to. I can see that many others have unfortunately experienced service, or lack thereof, from OnTrac/Lasership. My package was stolen I am pretty sure, because it has been stuck in the same place for over a week. It's impossible to get in contact with their customer service too. This is just unacceptable.

Absolutely Horrible

I placed an order through the children's place and it was shipped with on trac. The company I ordered from is amazing, but this shipping company has been a nightmare. I received a notification that it was delivered but there was no package outside, or in my mailbox. I live in an apartment complex in a townhouse. I eventually found my package by the front office, damaged and smells like mildew. The customer service for on trac is absolutely horrible and it's next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. If I could have given this review less than 1 star, I would have.

Different experience

Honestky, I was worried about my shipment after reading the reviews on here. To my delight my experience was absolute perfection. Recieved package 3 days ahead of schedule. Perhaps most shipments have a positive outcome but people are less motivated to post when things go well. Food for thought.

I was waiting for 5 packages from SheIn and Ontrac lost all of them! I checked tracking and it said delivered and apparently left at the reception. But we don't even have a reception here! Called their customer service and they were supposed to investigate it. 2 days later I get an email from them that after their investigation they came to conclusion that the packages have been delivered. I mean seriously?
And they advised to contact the seller.
How tf is seller responsible for them stealing my packages?
Because of them I am afraid to order from SheIn again.

A car pulled up, and was rooting through their trunk for a long time. She walked part way up the driveway and proceeded to throw the package (that had glass in it) the rest of the way.she had no idea I was watching.
