Ordered several items from Anthropologie. OnTrac claimed to have delivered "to the front door" at 9:43pm on New Years Eve. Seriously!? There is no package. There is no message with a picture for proof. There is no delivery person on my security camera feed. Nobody came to my house at nearly 10pm on New Years Eve. A total sham. Anthropologie said they have been having issues with this carrier but have yet to figure out what to do about the undelivered packages. They asked me to wait a few more days. For what? I contacted OnTrac but they have not replied to my email regarding this. I hope OnTrac likes the pink fuzzy slippers, sunscreen and medicine pill container I bought.
This business is the laziest most unreliable ‘service' over and over again, not just once or twice, ALWAYS! They drop the pkg off wherever they feel like it. They don't even bring it to my front door EVER! Drop in my driveway where it sits in the soaking rain! If there was a way to refuse them from delivering to me I would do it in a heartbeat. For businesses that use Ontrac because it may be cheaper; there is a reason why and shame on you!
Yes! I would give it no stars if I could but sadly it does not have that option. You never get your things on time and most of the time they say it was delivered when it wasn't! In which case I usually get it the next day but that is some pretty piss-poor service there! Don't know why all the big companies use this except it must be dirt cheap! They should stop because it is the worst ever!
This company should not be in business. I order from Walmart, who uses On track, & have never received my package. This company does not serve Seniors or disabled folks. I have a standing order on my delivery account that states packages sould be delivered to my door. Never happens They either steal packages throw them away or leave them in the lobby of my building where they get stolen by porch pirates. I am so frustrated & angry with this "not service" I've complained to Walmart but they don't care. I've had to reorder so many times I should own a Walmart of my own.
Never has a package been appropriately delivered to my address by OnTrac, I have harassed Amazon into putting them at the bottom of my queue. Recently, I purchased $1000. 00 in tools from Home Depot but forgot to ask who they use for delivery.
The first delivery was left on top of my mailbox, the second at the end of my driveway a quarter mile from my gate.It didn't take long for the bad memories of OnTrac to come back, UPS and FedEx have no problem handing packages directly to me.
The tracking site repeatedly states that the package delivery is being delayed and extends the delivery date until it falsely states that the package is delivered. Tracking states my package was delivered, but I was home the entire time, and no one ever delivered anything to my house. The company re-shipped a partial order (because now they are out of stock of what I initially ordered), and the same practice is occurring once again.
I hate this company. Terrible customer service, they don't answer calls and take forever to answer the emails. They claim they had 3 delivery attempts, well i work from home, no one arrived. I literally had to send the email asking them to ring the darn dorrbell. I live on the second floor, it's nyc, it's loud. The front door is on the first floor and I can't hear them knocking, but these morons are clearly not smart enough to do so, they knock once and leave. It's been 4 days of me calling them, sending emails and messages. Absolutely the worst. I don't understand why the legit companies like Sephora, use this crappy service.
Ontrac is the worst! They clearly bid low with vendors to use them but don't have the personnel to fulfill the shipping needs. I had 4 packages shipped through ontrac that I ordered Black Friday and for 3 weeks I'd get updates on all 4 packages that there's a delay will deliver next business day. The vendors either reshipped via next day fedex or ups or I got refunds for items no longer on stock. My packages finally showed up but were too late because they were gifts and I had to come up with something else. I hope vendors stop using them. Their customer service sucks. I was on hold for over an hour and got a bs response that they can't help if a vendor guarantees a delivery date they can't meet. They don't respond to their online form either. I now won't risk free shipping because of them. If I could give 0 stars I would.
As usual, I'm waiting for a package thats late. When I placed my recent order and saw it said its being shipped by Lasership, I thought, oh s**t, its probably going to be late. I was right. Despite the business being 4 hour drive away, and an initial shipping time of 2 DAYS, they changed the ship time to the following day. Wonder why they changed their name from Lasership to OnTrac? Because they sucked just as bad as Lasership, had horrible reviews so the name changed. Too bad they didnt change anything else because they still suck. And again terrible rating. If as a business you have a 1 star rating you should just pack it up and close your doors!
This place is a joke! I have had a couple bad deliveries with this Company over the years. One day I watch a delivery driver throw My package at My Door and walk away. This time They said My Package was left at the Door, when I specifically requested that My Packages be delivered to the Leasing Office due to getting off Work late at Night and People stealing Your valuables. I contact Customer Service Recording, and all I got was. "I'm sorry". What a load of crap!
I ordered a small item to be delivered to my son for his first apartment. I checked the status of it on the website I had ordered it from only to find out it was being held for some reason. It was held in Reno for about 8 days despite my telling them repeatedly to deliver it to his address. They finally returned it to the sender. I only found out because again I checked the shipping status on the website I had ordered it from. They lack in communication. Extremely frustrating to say the least.
I ordered from Ulta beauty and they did an amazing job fulfilling my order. Driver from on trac dropped off my package else where. They dont want to do anything about it. They only gave me a sorry we can not locate your package. What a shame!
I'm actually editing my first review because I finally received my order. They said delivered yet I didn't have it and the driver said they didn't have access through a gate witch doesn't exist so they dropped it at the managers office doorstep. I quickly received a refund for the rush delivery I paid for and the item showed up the next day. The refund was easy and I now am no longer bitter. Thanks.
There is no way to talk to anyone when you call customer service, they give you an email option which states they will get back to you in two business days….THEY DO NOT. I either never received a reply back or it took weeks before they got back to me. This delivery company is a joke.
This is my first experience with ontrac, and it's been a complete bummer. Package has been delayed for 11 days, I've emailed ontrac three times with no response, and now ontrac says the package is delivered even though it is nowhere to be found.
The good news is, some vendors (in my case, REI) will ship the product to you using UPS, FedEx, etc. if you request someone other than ontrac. I called REI and they confirmed that if requested, they will not use ontrac to ship items. I think other vendors would do the same, and I will probably make the effort in the future to ensure ontrac isn't used to deliver time sensitive or expensive stuff.
Package was supposed to be delivered in 12/6, three days later there is no status update and item hasn't been delivered. I used their customer support inline form, their text message option but I am getting no response regarding the whereabouts of my package. I tried calling, the automated system sends you to ontrac.com and hangs up. Useless and horrible, they shouldn't be allowed to operate
I work from home and instructions say to leave package a door. An attempt was never made saying "Business is closed" this is not a business but a home. They need to hire people that will actually work and want to deliver the packages. Now I have to sit here 1-2 days for them to attempt again!
People get bad service and the first thing they do is complain I get it it is very frustrating when you are supposed to get a package and it doesn't show up, gets delivered to someone elses home, or is stolen. Those are the reviews that people leave. As you can see if everyone that has ever gotten anything shipped to their house and everything went as planned, you are probably not going to write a review at all. This company delivered my package faster than USPS or Fedex EVER DID! They even placed it exactly where I wanted them to and took a perfect pic of it as well. If you read reviews for all shipping companies there are a ton of bad reviews. This is not a bad or shady company they make mistakes and have $#*!ty scumbag employees just like every other company. I give these guys 5 stars
I have been placing orders with a company called temu and they use ontrac for delivery service but the driver leaves my items at the wrong address every time. Then when I try to talk to someone they only communicate through text message and they won't allow you to talk to a supervisor so you have to deal with the messed up service.This is the worst service I have ever received from any company and this needs to be fixed immediately. I love shopping online but the delivery service needs to be better.
This the only shipping company I have ever had an issue with. The first time my package was shipped to me and arrived early with out any updates as to where it was, which was only okay because I was home. Now my package is late and was expected a day ago. The main problem is that it is in the same place and was suppose to be delivered already, but they don't even update you on what's happening with the info especially when you are tracking your package. This is one of the most annoying shipping companies and I wish I had the option of choosing another before my package was shipped... Just go out of business already. I knew when I saw Ontrac was the one delivering that I was gonna have issues and high stress...

Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
