Once again, I cannot trust OnTrac for my deliveries. I don't know why I keep trying and giving this service a chance. The pickup service OnTrac try to provide does not work as it is never picked up on the right date or not picked up at all! Avoid at all cost.

Dealing with Ontrac for a delivery from Adidas has been a total nightmare. Despite their claims of delivery, my security cameras show no sign of their presence. Unlike UPS or FedEx, Ontrac offers no photo proof, leaving me questioning their integrity. It's a shame that a brand like Adidas would risk its reputation with such a shoddy delivery service. Needless to say, I'll be avoiding both Ontrac and Adidas from now on.

The latest screw up by Ontrac. My apartment number is 1301, they delivered to 1113. I told them they delivered to the wrong apartment and that when I went to get the package it was not there. They responded with it was delivered correctly after they "investigated". I sent them a picture (included with this post) and all they did is a canned apology. I explained this to the vendor I buy various products from and they removed Ontrac/lasership as a delivery option from my account.

PS5 Missing

The absolute worst delivery company. The customer service representatives are completely useless. I ordered a PS5 from Wal-Mart. OnTrac kept changing the status from In Transit to Out for Delivery. When I would call I received different answers every time and no one knew how to contact the facility the supposedly had my console. I had to take two days off of work to wait for the package that never came. Never ordering anything that goes through them.

Opened package
September 29, 2023

My package was left at the door opened, with the opened side down towards the ground. When I picked it up from the front door and saw that it was opened, I counted my order of 12 shirts and 3 were missing. I live in a safe neighborhood, so it had to be someone from the company...delivery that took my merchandise out of the package.

Unreliable carrier

This was my tracking number
1LSCY8Q*******CGK shows on the screen that it was delivered, but this is false. The package was never received. The worst thing is that no one takes responsibility for the delivery. I requested of package delivered but there isn't. I do not recommend this carrier company for shipping.

False Advertising

Website says they have a 97%+ rating for deliveries being on time and an average of 1.9 days from pickup to delivery. This is a BOLD FACE lie. This service is absolute trash. I had a delivery date as of today (all day) and at 8pm the website changed and said I have to wait two more days (Memorial Day), which I doubt it will show up that day. It's sitting in a facility about 15 mins from my house.

Horrible

Horrible delivery service. Twice they went to my PO box. Mind u the place was still open. They didn't even bother to get out their vehicle. They sent my packages back saying that the business was closed. I called the lady at my PO box and she said she saw the ontrac vehicle in the front but the driver never even got out the can. They need to shut this stupid business down for good

Package said out for delivery on expected delivery date in the morning, package never arrived. No update either until the next day. Says package is damaged and unable to deliver. Unable to get a hold with a live person with Ontrac. 110% do not recommend OnTrac as carrier. If I had the option to choose my own carrier, I would have never choose them. Because how tf do you "damage" a small 4lbs package?!. Or was it stolen?!. Btw, it was an apple watch!

Worse than Doordash

I placed an order for a replacement phone through Google and was hastily taken care of but once the order reached Ontrac everything went down hill. The package was set to be delivered on the 14th of February. It is now the 28th and I have gotten no answers beside my case is with a specialist team. Google can't and doesn't want to do anything and Ontrac is simply avoiding questions and continuously delaying my package. Never trust this company for any of your shipping needs.

Where in the world is this?

Package delivered at front door but photo shows someplace on a dirty moon in another galaxy. Not even any metadata from the image to assist in locating the galaxy I need to travel to so I can get my Lego.

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. This company is nothing but constant issues. This time it was saying my package was delivered and never was and even has a signature for the proof of delivery which was not my signature and trying to get anyone aka a robot to even respond is ridiculous. You can't call their number and talk to a physical person which is super frustrating. When they email you back it's still wait two days and if not contact the seller which is ridiculous as this company lost MY package. This company needs to do better as someone who didn't choose this company to deliver my package it's not fair to me that this company didn't keep their integrity.

I ordered an item from Macys. It was supposed to be delivered by OnTrac. They claimed it was delivered at 4PM on 3/16 on my front porch. This is impossible as I was home all day and my apartment was getting a new roof. There is no way the delivery was being made. They told me when I sent an email asking where the item was they took zero responsibility and told me it was not there problem. When I called to inquire I was rudely hung up on.

Leaving packages at 3 am. What better time for your stuff to be stolen. Then changing the "time of delivery" to be said as 3pm. I'm glad I checked my phone in the middle of my sleep to see it had been delivered. You guys suck!

I live in a gated community, the gate is 1/2 MI from my house. Instead of Ontrac using provided gate code for entrance they delivered my package at the gate. My package was frozen food. When neighbor alerted me that I had a package at the gate I picked it up and opened package to find expired frozen food.

The worst company

I ordered a Barbie for my daughter through Walmart, I never heard of this company so I was optimistic. They claim they tried to deliver my package which was a lie bc I have a ring camera and also cameras all around my home. I questioned them about how they never came and they lied and said I could pick up the package at a sorting center that was 45 minutes from my home. I never received my package, and I'm pretty sure there never was a package. Scam!

The worst unethical company, ever. Tracking indicates the item was delivered. However, the item was nowhere to be found. Reviewed camera footage, and the driver was never at my house to deliver the item. Contacted them and they advised me their GPS shows delivery.
Would not back down despite me having clear evidence to the contrary. Very unethical and dishonest company. Shame on BestBuy for using them!

I wish I could give OnTrac a negative 10 score! They are horrible. The tracking is never updated and they are ALWAYS late with their delivery. One time they delivered at our home at midnight! I am awaiting a package that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Their site states "Will redeliver on the next business day". It has said that for 3 days in a row. If I know ahead of time that a business uses OnTrac for delivery I will NOT use them. They are soooooooo bad!

RUDEST DRIVER

Had tires delivered to wrong address but the young girl who came by to address me regarding a complaint by the customer trying to track her package lit me up. When I asked why so much attitude she said "if I was giving you attitude I would know it" are you kidding me. I can't track down which depot she is out of but it is local to Auburn, Califoirnia. Called to corporate office regarding this and I am sure it will go no-where. I have 45 years of customer service, everyone is allowed a bad day but I gathered from our encounter that this is just who she is.

On Saturday, July 29,2002, sometime in the afternoon between 3:00 and 5:30, an OnTrac driver delivered a package by leaving it on the lawn inside the gate. The gate has a walk through section so anyone could have taken the package. If the driver did not have the gate code they could have used the call box to asked. No call was received so no attempt was made. We get OnTrac packages all the time, so it should have been delivered to our home.
