What a poor shipper... this is the second time my package of perishable food was left at my door at night with no indication that your driver was even there,, no knock, phone call, smoke signal. NOTHING. So it sat outside in 100 degree weather... Now this driver is the same as my prior week food delivery, that one was also left outside all night. That time my cameras caught the driver drop my package, then kicked it over to the front door. If i had a choice in a shipping company, it would not be ONTRAC. I trust the PONY EXPRESS with getting my stuff on time.

Ontrac never delivered my package, but claimed that they did. The seller refused to provide a refund as a result. Additionally, when I attempted to contact Ontrac through their online reporting system, they never responded. I used that system twice with no results. If I discover that a business is using Ontrac for shipment I will take my business elsewhere.

No clue what is happening

Ordered a pretty expensive item expecting it to be delivered within 7 days via any other service like UPS, FedEx, USPS. Nope - sent through this company I've never heard of until now and my package has been sitting in their facility for two days - and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Attempts to reach customer service have been unsuccessful. Will stop doing business with any company that contracts with OnTrac.

The poorest service
August 21, 2019

They are the poorest delivery carrier I have had to use. Both the drivers who don't follow customers instructions. And the management who tells you to call them what you have a problem. However they dont bother replying to your calls or emails. So what good are they. I'm hopping the company wont make it and shuts down.

Terrible service

If I get an email saying my package has been delivered but it is nowhere to be found, I know it is from OnTrac. I live on a rural property with a long driveway but no gates. They leave the package on the road outside my property. I call every time and there is a note in my file to deliver to the house. It never happens

These guys suck!

Ordered a product through Home Depot, it arrived in Denver sort facility on a Tuesday and sat. Updated order status showed deliver for next business day. This happened for two more days before I reached out to OnTrac and found out that their truck is in for maintenance. Called Home Depot who made it right by canceling the order.

Horrible Delivery Service
September 6, 2022

OnTrac delivered a package to my office, on Labor Day, which we are closed, and said that someone signed for it. Someone then stole the package, opened it, didn't like what they found inside and dumped it at a park about 4 blocks away. A wonderful person found it in the garbage at that park and brought the opened package back to us. Who delivers a package to a business when they are closed and just leaves the package on the sidewalk by the front door... in the middle of the city? I can't get this company to deliver inside when we are open. They always leave the packages outside WITHOUT telling anyone they are there! Just pisses me off! And when I call to complain, they tell me that I have to call wherever we ordered it from and file a complaint with them, not the delivery company. Stupidest thing I have ever heard. The company didn't deliver it to a closed business, leave it on the sidewalk to be stolen and fake a signature... ONTRAC DID! I would give them a 0 star if possible!

Ontrac delivered a package to my townhome, leaving the package beside a busy sidewalk--not even putting on the front porch or inside my unlocked front gate. All deliveries are typically made inside the gated community, to the back door but even putting the package on the front porch would have helped. Customer service just said report to vendor. Any reasonable person would know not to leave a package beside a main sidewalk. I am truly astonished.

Off track says with out a doubt that my package was delivered to my address and was left on my porch. They sent me a picture of the porch that the package was left. Well you be the judge. I contacted Temu and said that they will block them from further deliveries to my house. More people should complain about there business practices.

Ontrac claims they delivered my packages but the photo isn't of my apartment door or the mailboxes. I have no idea where my packages were left or who has them and the company I purchased the items from will not give me a refund or do a reshipment. Ontrac also won't do anything.

My mom ordered a package from temu to be delivered to my grandma's house due to it having me and my nosy sister's presents in it and just a little note I order from temu pretty much weekly but I get my packages every time but they are shipped to my house... My mom's order said it was delivered but we looked all around the house, yard, and mailbox area and there was no package to be found... I had ordered a package and accidentally put my grandma's address on it then I have still yet to receive this package when I have 3 days til Christmas even though it said it was delivered... Customer service did no help at all for my mom's gift and thankful temu let my mom reship her's so if my package is not here by tomorrow I will have to do the same and give out late Christmas gifts... This has never been a problem when ordering stuff til OnTrac started "delivering" our packages

TERRIBLE CARRIER
September 29, 2023

My package was marked as out for delivery for several days. It was at one point near my home. It however left the state I'm in and finally got marked as delivered when it was not delivered. Their tracking record on their site shows a chaotic mess and they wouldn't admit they lost my package so that I could be refunded. I have a security camera and there's no footage of any carrier at all the day it was marked delivered. I'm complaining to the better business bureau next. I'll never buy from any company that uses on trac again. If I find that a purchase I make is using OnTrac, I will cancel the order. This was a scam. I paid, they kept and probably resold my package.

AWFUL!?

I have a package that has been delayed for 5 days and counting from Reno Nevada, which is only 30 miles from where I live. Other packages that I'm waiting for were shipped with Ontrac as well, and they are also delayed. Walmart really needs to stop using this company. THEY SUCK!

Horrible company that can't even get an address right. We had a package sent to us from Nordstrom and we received notification that it was delivered but it never got to us. It was signed by a name that is no one in our office! There is no Ricardo in our office!

I don't know why companies like Nordstrom use incompetent companies like Lasership.

I have been waiting for weeks to receive two items from On Trac. They keep telling me I don't have a valid address. Amazon, Walmart, USPS and multiple other places have had no problem delivering dozens of items to me, yet they keep insisting I don't have a valid address. This is after providing detailed directions to my home. Will never use them again if I can avoid it.

Worthless
September 1, 2021

On our front gate, which is locked, is a sign please deliver to wheelchair lift in carport. This carport is less than 20 feet away. But driver tossed package over gate. I now have to impose on a neighbor to retrieve it and put it on lift. Couriers blind as well as dumb.

They have 1 job. Get a package to my place on a day it needs to be there. What did they do? They didn't even try to call me asking where is my place. There idea getting is, can't find you, we do the same thing next day. Guess what, your most likely got to call me anyway! Is that a shocker! When UPS or FedEx can't find me, they always call me! OnTrac is a joke!

My items got delivered to the wrong address and three days in a row I keep calling them and they were lying to me that investigation is being made. The third day when I wanted to talk to a manager whose name was Jessica she told me that the items got delivered to the right address and the investigation is closed. What a worse company and customer service. I told her that I have two cameras at my door and never got anything. She was keep repeating the same thing over and over like a robot. I even never heard of them. Worse customer service and company I've ever had experience with

The worst

Most garbage service I have ever encountered. I order a weekly meal service and never received my last two shipments but I was charged! This has happened several times in the last year paying for meal services I have never received. If you use this company you will lose customers, it's a guarantee!

Worst company!

Said my package was delivered to the front door I was home the entire time and no one came to my door! Called today the person I talked to was nice said they would get back to me. But how do you say you delivered a package when I know for a Fact they never did! I never have this problem with ups this company needs to be shut down... look at all the horrible reviews how do they even stay open?
