BEWARE this is not a Holiday Package company, there is virtually no support if you have query. We got auto formulaic responses to emails and when we phoned we were always 16th in the queue. We became concerned, and lost confidence after a few weeks of this non-communication and cancelled the holiday. We were was charged whopping £425.00 for doing so.
Beware, this company are thieves, they have stolen my money! They cancelled my holiday but did not refund me my full money I had paid, never will I use them again, I warn others to steer clear!

İt is a great company with best rates. BUT their supplier in Turkey called libero tours sells you personel data to the third parties and someone visit you in your 1st day pretend like your resort rep and screw you with high excursion rates. On the beach does not know it but be careful when you arrive.
A last minute booking that was about the easiest holiday we have ever booked. Tailored to our exact needs (3 small children) and at an excellent overall cost we were extremely pleased.

I booked a holiday to Lanzarote in August 2020, Due to the pandemic the flights were cancelled. I found out by chance, checking the flight info elsewhere, the holiday on the On the beach beach site was, still for sale remained available for some 10 days, no cancellation of flight, was shown on the booking confirmation.
I wanted to book another holiday elsewhere, so was pleased to receive the holiday accommodation refund 21 days later.
However the flight (Ryan air) cancelled, refund took nearly 3 months to appear. Although Ryan air made a statement that all refunds had been paid to travel operators.
I booked an alternative holiday to Tenerife.
They never told us, the accommodation was closed, we had to email the closed hotel to find we were staying elsewhere!
A total lack of communication, in difficult times granted, with disregard for customers. I would advise anyone to book their holiday themselves via the hotel direct. Cheaper generally and so much easier.
They dont like refunding money promptly.

We aim to refund hotel costs within 14 days of cancellation, unfortunately in regards to flight refunds as we need to wait to receive these back from the airline this is not always as quick as we and you would like however we do forward these on as quickly as possible once received back from the airline. Excellent service, good follow up, only nuisance is the emails for other holidays, in the run up to actually going on holiday, can only go one holiday at a time
Best company in the UK, brilliant you can plan your own holiday, highly recommended by me every time, i even search and find good deals for all my friends, they say i should be a travel agent they are that impressed with the deals i find them
Got the cheapest apartments we could find through this site and they were great, with living/diner then partition wall with beds the sofa also turned into a bed and under it there is a pull out mattress
Cowboys. Absolute cowboys. We booked a holiday for our friend's wedding through them with a total cost of £1,400 for both of us. We then had to change dates to two days later and they tried to charge an additional £600 totalling £2,000.
When we checked the very same holiday it was £1,400 in total. My brother tried to add a bag to his flight and they wanted £500!
There is no direct line to contact them, instead, you have to 'send a message' and wait for over 31 days for a reply because 'they're busy.'
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS.
Such a rip off, never again, ever. Once you've booked they charge for everything they even charge for taking your payments! Trying to talk to someone is impossible and they never answer emails. The sooner this company goes bust the better for everyone!

Can never get hold of them my booking was cancelled and I tried to re book but can not get thorough ask for a call bk on my booking page and got given the number that don't get answered now I've lost 1500 and I'm so angry
First time using On the Beach in September 2023, paid for transfers to and from hotel in my package to Tenerife the pick up on return trip didn't happen despite following all guidance inc the hotel and English rep advise. Had to pay for a taxi almost missed flight waiting for the pick up from hotel. Never turned up. Appalling service from Sarah at On the Beach lots of lies and contradicting. Then still awaiting for complaint resolution over the specified 28 in complaint email. Latest email from Tanya (no surname or ref) today 20th Oct. Still no resolution even with clear evidence provided.
Now second trip using On the Beach to Lloret De Mar loads of hidden fees getting on to the plane and now getting ready to return home. Second complaint being logged upon my arrival.
That's twice using the same company On the Beach more fool me after the first disaster using them.
Basically from my personal experience I'd say not to use this company and use someone else which is exactly what I shall do on my next holiday.

This has been our second holiday this year with On The Beach and both have been most enjoyable, unbeatable value. No complaints whatsoever. Very pleased and will certainly book through On The Beach again and again.
Fantastic, your people phoned me a few days before the holiday to ask if i realized the airport was over 100km, they changed me to a fantastic hotel just 20 mins from the airport... really pleased and will use you again thank you.
Booked transport from airport to hotel via on the beach. So far so good. The return also booked but did not get me to airport before the 2 hour deadline for on line check-in with Ryanair. As my flight had no pre booked seats I had to submit on line check-in within 24 hours of flight departure. Ryanair would do this free but only if I got there 2 hours before flight time. Not possible to do online check-in via Ryanair app due to boarding card issues due to Coronavirus rules. Transport got me to airport after 2 hour deadline so had to pay 110 euro for me and wife to check-in. On the beach should have known this and arranged for transport to ensure i got to airport in time to meet Ryanair deadline.
My holiday at Fereniki hotel and spa booked with on the beach. These pictures say it all. I want my money back for that myself and 5 other families had to go through in this hotel from hell. No response from on the beach 're compensation as of yet. This was from 13th August to 20th August 2018
Booked hotel only thru OTB. Flights cancelled due to covid. No facility to change hotel dates on OTB website; no response to email. Hotel were accommodating but said I needed to go through broker. Had to cancel at cost of £60. You've lost a customer OTB.

Very pleased with ease of booking with 'On the Beach.' Certainly better value for money than any other website we have used. Efficient and no problems experienced.

No email received I'm a disabled traveler ans and I picked Santa Susa to stay in purposely the royal sun but my booking was suddenly changed to summer sun a total shambles I've been sent to Callea Olympic but lovely hotel but I'm stuck unless I pay taxis all hilly uneven paths etc

Answer: Terrible avoid booking at all costs. Also a premium rate number and no one in customer services accepts responsibility. Complaints are email only and a 56 day response time.
Answer: Onthebeach give you an email reference with your booking. It's not your personal email, so airlines can't contact you directly. It's worth contacting your airline to see if they can do anything. Ryanair now have a workaround for this issue. Go to their website and watch.
