This is the second time I've ordered tickets through your site and I was supposed to receive a discount and I didn't. Can you please help me? Otherwise I love this site I will be buying all my tickets through here
I was a bit apprehensive wondering if I would purchase the tickets correctly for the event.; I do not have a lot of computer savvy. Lo and behold, I did it and received all the necessary correspondence to attend the event. Thank you in advance, all from the fingertips of my computer!
I bought tickets months before concert. First time I used the company so I was a little apprehensive. Tickets arrived earlier than I expected. They had someone else on them (which company stated could happen). They day of concert I was a bit worried if they were good tickets. So I found out I had nothing to worry about the tickets were good. We had a blast.
As for the service fee, a 3rd party business has to make monies. If you don't like it don't hit "Submit Order" and try to find tickets else for less.
I will do business with Online Ticket Express again. :)

We bought 3 tickets to the match of Fc Bayern Munich vs Union Berlin. First of all it was overpriced by 3 times than the normal ticket. Furthermore the entrygate did not let us in, because the company had sent us unvalid tickets for 105 Euros per ticket. We had to buy new ones to sit on to our original place. The ticket was not sent to the right hotel where we have been staying. I DO NOT recommend this site, they are negligent, overpriced and cheaters. On the other hand the customer service did not answer any of our complaints, not even to our request to get refund.

I went to see the match between Portugal Sweden thanks to the OnlineTicketExpress.com website. It was pretty easy to order online and their sales department reached out to me online and even called me to offer support. I took this as a very positive sign, and in turn had no trouble placing my order. I received the tickets via courier the day before the match and luckily the delivery department had even called me to confirm the address due to the late release of the tickets. Excellent service.

We had a lot of problems making the order by bad communication from Onlineticketexpress.com. We paid 128 euro for two cards. But the cards were 28 euro's in total. We had terrible places in the nock of the stadion in one of the corners. The didn't tell us that the match was postponed. We were lucky to find out ourselves. This company is only interested in money and has no interest in quality.
I am a tennis lover and not always able to get tickets in the box office because they are often sold out. I tried this site last year for the atp final and worked well so did again for the french open and wimbledon this year. The french open was just ok as i got the tickets in time (but not the seats i was expecting). For wimbledon i just received my tickets for one of the days.
I shopped a couple of outlets for the tickets I wanted and found online city tickets to have the exact tickets and 10 dollars a piece cheaper than another well know outlet. I bought the tickets, was able to pay through my paypal account and have the tickets emailed. I will be a return customer!
This is a hopeless organization. Suggesting that it is ok to deliver tickets up to the morning of the event is fraud. Bought tickets for the snooker final and have been told it is ok to wait till Monday morning till they arrive. Consumers should start taking this company to court over the service they are attempting to provide. I will be.

Day light robbery! I paid 912 euros for a pair of tickets that cost 152 euros each. Repeated emails to the company seeking for a refund of the difference were ignored. For the good of mankind, i strongly, strongly suggest that everyone avoid this site at all cost.

Purchased FA Cup Final tickets with them and paid over the odds. I was told twice by e-mail that I would receive the tickets either a day or 2 days before the event. I also phoned them twice in Ireland and was assured the same!
On the day before I was told that they would not be posted but I would have to pick them up from the stadium area the day of the match and someone would phone me on the day before noon. So I went into London, and no phone call, I then could not get through to them for 90 minutes. When I did I was told that the tickets were cancelled and money would be refunded!
Obviously they never had tickets to sell and were trying to scource them at a profitable price for them, and they will keep you on the edge till as late as possible.
This I think will apply to any top event so be very careful and use the consumer credit act as protection!
Overall, it was a great experience. Except for when my bank put a block on my card because they thought someone was using my card without my permission.
