I great thank to the service of an advisor who got me fantastic tickets for Arsenal. I had a wonderful time. Looking forward to next time. I would recommend them to anybody if you are looking for good service and great tickets for Premiership football.

Very nice customer service, they send me regular emails to inform me about my tickets and the details of my order. They send me the tickets when promised and the price and booking fee was not high. It was my first time booking with them, and I have no complains, my experience was ok. Hope I will be back someday to Old Trafford!

Was very easy to use the website to purchase tickets for a concert. The only thing is that the service charge are too high and to purchase just one ticket costed almost double the price of the ticket.

Do not buy tickets from this website. They say they will send you the tickets a day before and they never sent tickets. They claimed to have emailed them but I never received them... I have sent nearly a dozen emails attempting to get refunded like their policy says and they have not answered once. Terrible customer service, terrible website.

Ordered red rock tickets the day of the show on a motorcycle trip at the last minute they had the tickets in my email and my hotel printed them off in plenty of time for the show and they called to confirm I got them and printed them great show don't know about everyone else but they rocked for me.

This was a painless experience and hopefully everything else regarding this venue and the program continue to go as well. The website was easy to navigate and the map of the seats was much appreciated. I hope that the parking is as easily navigated.

I did not like that I had to pick email for delivery as I do not have a printer. I was not given the option of any other method. So I will have to forward them to a friend with a printer to print for me. Otherwise great service.

First time using this website so am hoping for the best. If the experience is good, I will improve the rating. If they turn out to be a scam I will reduce the rating. It will be up to them to deliver on their service.

I bought 2 tickets in 2 different orders and I called them to put both tickets together in one order and cancel one shipment. Their answer: "we can´t do that". Apparently it´s to hard to put my 2 tickets together in one shipment.
Irrational people.

Fast and easy to use compared to other sites. I am concerned about the estimated delivery date. Close to when we are leaving the state and the show date. High fee

No matter how popular the event is I always get good tickets at reasonable
Prices. It gives me a peace of mind to know that I can get my tickets online
From OTE and that the tickets will be delivered to my home on time.

I drove to UK with a friend to see a match after we book tickets.
The tickets were waiting for us at the hotel we were staying in.
And also the Customer Service Dpt. Called us and updated us about the delivery.
It was a great match... And great service.

Was very nervous using this company but all went smoothly. My tickets were so cheap I was convinced this was not legitimate BUT tickets were e-mailed immediately and seating was excellent. Impressive!

Very fast, and easy with tickets emailed within 5 minutes. NO, it's not the cheapest way to get tickets, but if you want immediate gratification that you will get the tickets and seats you want, it's the way to go!
