Dont use them! Complete scam I did not receive any tickets for Man Utd match and was not told this until Two hours before the match. I had flown in from the Carinbbean and am out of pocket by $1000. I am still waiting for my refund. I doubt I will ever see it.
This was my first trip to England to watch a soccer game. The name was no joke. Super easy. The tickets were waiting for me at my hotel. I was also given updates on my order and was always answered by someone when I had a question. Will definitly use the site next time.

My friends and I wanted to get tickets for a match in London. We bought the tickets online. We knew that there might be a chance that we will not seat together.
But surprisingly, we all sat together, we had a great view of the stadium and it was a lovely experience.
I found the tickets I wanted at a price I was wanting to pay! The site was very easy to navigate and communication was quick. The only wish is that I could've seen what seat numbers I was buying rather than just the section and aisle. I am attending the show with someone super tall and an aisle seat would've been preferred.
This website is just a scammers that I am dealing with now! How they still have a license to sell UEFA tickets! They should be ban! We booked a tickets with them category 1 gold for a Liverpool vs Porto game! They send us the tickets without any notice the worst category! After we contacted them (which was so hard in the first place and after so many phone calls they told us that they downgraded us! And we will receive a refund of 20 Euro! Can you imagine 20 Euro, the tickets we booked we 100 Euro more expensive then the cheapest one! And they told us that that's their last solution! How they can sell tickets that they don't have and give this refund without even informing us! And they are so hard to reach and to deal with!

Barcelona vs. real madrid (23.04.2017) 8 months before the event. Parents were in Madrid at 2 days before the event ( because of flights from Poland) and they got information that they won't get their tickets at 5pm on game day!
I hope should the tickets i purchase for this event coming on time means, not received on the last week of this event. Also what you need for so many information about yours clients, i believes not to share with another companies, I satisfy with your service.

I had a terrible experience with onlineticketexpress.com. Trying not to be long, I bought my Roland Garros ticket for 170 euros to have them delivered to a relative's address in Paris. It should arrive three days before the event, and it did not. I contacted their support and they said that I should get the ticket before the event, which again did not happen. I lost my money and a lot of my holiday time chasing and waiting, it was all very frustrating. Now looking at reviews I learned that we should NEVER purchase anything on the web BEFORE reading reviews from the website.
