We really enjoyed the last game of Bayer in Barcelona. We were my wife, my 2 kids and myself. Smooth, quick, and easy. It would be nice if your theatre display could zoom in to show where the rows are, but since it does at least show the starting and ending rows, I was still able to figure out where in the Main Floor row S is

Rip off con artists with horrendous customer service. The purchasing process is geared towards ripping you off and then customer services will be rude and offensive. Companies like this should be outlawed.

DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT Order from this business. Its a scam. I booked a match and now the match has been postponed, I rang and they said they will send me an email about my refund which I never received I rang the second time they answered and gave my order number and they hung up the phone and now everytime I try ringing they won't answer my number. I hope everyone involved with this business die a painfull death.

The booking process on line was very easy to complete. My ticket was posted the next day and was exactly as advertised. I would not hesitate to use OnlineTicketExpress tickets again or to recommend them.

I really admire the promotions, the weekend discounts and the World Cup 2014 ticket mania they have set there. But I believe that with little improvement in the Traffic service, they earn even better reviews. I noticed that the Traffic service isn't as determined as seems their ticket selling department. Rest, everything was fine.

This site was recommended to me by a friend by saying: "The best site for getting tickets for any game, any time". It lived up to it's expectations because next week I'm going to see Tottenham v Cardiff.

The website was very easy to use and did not contain too many pages to go through. The email confirmation was instantaneous and I received the online tickets by email within a few minutes of completing my purchase.

Easy service and very easy checking system to find out when tickets were likely to arrive. I thought the booking fee was extremely high but decided to go with it anyway for the security offered. Would use OnlineTicketExpress again but only if it was impossible to get tickets from the original source due to the booking fee attached.

Will use ticket master ever again. Much faster and easier to use. Never had a problem with this site and ticket master customer service really needs to be improved hanging up on your customers is a great way to lose business
