One of their agents called me earlier and answered each of my questions politely and to the point. I made an inquiry about the match between Norwich & West Brom this Saturtay, fearing it might be too late.
He promised I will get the tickets "in a day or two" - and you know what? I believe him.

Before you decide to buy tickets - check all opinions on this website. Check all reviews of happy customers (they only reviewing sport ticket websites, and are extremly happy about using them -> most of reviews written on the same day). I decided to use this website around 2 years ago, and didn`t get tickets. My bank refunded me money for tickets, but I lost money for going to Manchester and had to watch match in pub! My whole experience is described on review from April 2013. Don`t use those SCAMMERS! Very hard to contact them, but if you check any tickets online and leave your phone number they will ring you straight away to inform you there is high demand and only few left.
Waste of money and nerves.
I've used Online TicketExpress multiple times now, and every time the process has always been quick and easy. I definitely recommend it to first time ticket buyers or anyone just trying to get some tickets for concerts!
Man City 5 Fulham NIL! I honestly do not know whether I’m more chuffed they lost or because we scored five goals… But I am even more chuffed about the fab seats we had and the ease of booking and paying. We got the tickets in time – I gueess three days before the date is the norm. Fact is that it all went exactly as planned. Winning was the real icing on our cake :)

Every day we sent messages by chat/email and tried to call without success
They do not answer the phones and there is no answer to an emergency
Out of dozens of emails, we responded to one at noon on the day of the game, saying that there was a problem, but that the tickets were guaranteed and that they would be sent no later than two hours before the game.
We did not receive the tickets
I can not describe to the depth of the disappointment and pain that caused us
We try to get the refund like they have in there policy,
But no one Answer us
I tried buying online, but had many problems so I called. The lady who helped me was very helpful, made it very simple for me to understand and handled the difficult parts for me and even went out of her way to get me a discount which really made a difference. The fees are quite high, but its expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and now I have a wonderful Christmas present to give!
I too was conned by these people. I paid €3200 for 2 tickets for Bayern v Chelsea Champions League Final. They contacted me the night before to tell me I would need to pay an extra €3000. It took me 5 months and Visa head office and solicitors letters to get a refund. I have been pursuing them since with the authorities, the Andoran Government told me they have had many complaints on the company and were taking action against them but they have now moved to Malta. I will continue to pursue action against them there - Chelsea fans never forget. - John, Ireland
When I attempted to order tickets my credit card company blocked the transaction because of the number of customers who had previous complaints about the site. The scary thing was that the amount they tried to bill my credit card was more than $100 more than the agreed amount, even after adding in all the "handling fees". Feel very lucky I did not lose money, now wondering if my credit card particulars are safe
We have bought two tickets for a match Juventus Vs Sampdoria in Torino in April. We took vaccation, booked everything and travelled to Torino just for the purpose of the match. 2 days before, we received an email stating that our order has been cancelled!
A month has passed now and we still didn't get reimbursed for the tickets... even worst, despite several reminders sent, no answer has been received!

Their entire business is a scam. We bought 5 tickets for 4,900 Euros each for the Champion League final. 5 of us traveled from Australia to Madrid for this event. The day before the match, they cancel the tickets by e-mail. We have still not received one cent back. They are a disgraceful business and the sooner they shut down, the better.
We have been calling onlineticketexpress.com quite a lot over the weekend, to book tickets for the Capital One Cup Final. Being Sundrland fans, we asked for away seats. Each and every person we spoke with was fair and personable, always making sure we understand where the seats would in fact be and how it all works. Very impressive.

I booked tickets for Chelsea vs Aston Villa match for my son and I. I bought them to surprise him for his birthday. The sales rep who I spoke to explained me everything very detailed, so I could understand what I was buying. And about the seat selection, they recommended good stadium zones and levels, and we end up with excellent seats at Anfield. The tickets arrived to my house about 5 days before the match, so I could have my son a proper surprise.

These people are nothing short of common criminals I bought 2 off Tickets for the England France game on Saturday, after endless promises of delivery I was told that as above they would be available from near the box office at 3 to 5 pm. There is no contact available to claim back the monies i am owed because they do not wish to talk, please do as I have and report it to the fraud office and the trading standards, it is more than likeley money laundering or the such like. All i hope is that the person responsible suffers greatly but im sure he is laughing at us all for being so trusting, he is nothing more than low life scum who belongs in the gutter with the rest of the $#*!. I wish him all the very very worst health and may illness strike him blind.
I found Very Fast and Good Customer Service from onlineticketexpress.com when i was dealing with this company. They are very much professional with their service. I got my tickets at my hotel room and on the promised date of delivery. I found their ticket booking system is easier than any other sites and they are very responsive. They provided me the ticket before three days of the match kicked off. After experiencing with their service
No communication. Was promised delivery of tickets 3 to 5 days in advance. They arrived 2 days in advance. I had already contacted them at least 10 times with no response. Finally cancelled the tickets and purchased new ones at 50% of the price. They billed me anyway. They are a scam. Wish I had read the reviews first.
Recently, my wife surprised with me with wondeful seats at the Chelsea vs Man UTD match, which she bought on onlineticketexpress.com. When I found the tickets in our letterbox I spoiled the surprise a bit, but I really loved it! I saw you have all sorts of venues in addition to sports on your website, so I will surprise her too when her birthday comes!
