Paid tickets for Champions League Final - they were never delivered. Don't use them they are just fake. If you wanna burn money take it somewere else.

I would definity use onlineticketexpress tickets again. I I know that there are going to be up charges in the seats but they were less than most and it was an instant download.

I bought two tickets for the Rugby Six Nation match England vs France a couple of months ago because they where supposed to be a birthday present for my girlfriend.
After bombarding them with mails and calls i was told that there was a problem with their ticket supplier and therefore there were no tickets available for me... this was three hours before the start of the match after buying plane tickets (to get to London) and after organizing an accomodation to stay... the whole trip cost me about 900 Euros (650 for the tickets and 250 for the plane tickets).
I felt completely let down and was more than sad, dissappointed and angry together... THIS IS A WARNING FOR ALL SPORT FANS AROUND THE WORLD! NEWER EVER BUY TICKETS ON: ONLINETICKETEXPRESS.COM
THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN BLOODY THIEVES AND SHOULD BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE SO FAR.

We booked Epl as i wasn't quick enough to buy direct. We had no problem OnlineTicketExpress ticket email arrived in plenty of time. We would use them again.
Please, please, please don't use this website for ticket purchases! I have lost over £400 trying to get an FA Cup ticket, and I bet I wasn't the only one.
They take your money, instantly, then you never hear from them again, until in my case an hour after the game kicked off - to tell me there was a man waiting at a designated location (presumably London) with my ticket, and if I didn't get there they'd consider the tickets delivered! What chance would I have had, even if the automatically generated email was genuine, I don't have a time machine!
Its fraud, its theft, its parading as a legitimate organisation, even its T&Cs are illegal in the UK & the EU- its basically a criminal organisation, with nothing but contempt for those of us stupid enough to fall for its scams.
The matter's in the hands of my credit card company, who I hope will cover my loss, as they legitimise this kind of scam by allowing credit card purchases (and their logos) to be plastered all over online ticket expresses website, I think they should. I'll also be passing my case details to UK Trading Standards.
I just wish I'd read the reviews before getting taken in. Please don't make the same mistake as me and many other trusting people.
PS. They are currently advertising Champions League final tickets at over £3000 per ticket. I could weep for the people that fall for that one!
The site is very easy to use. But I believe the service charge at $34 a ticket is too much. We aren't getting actual tickets. We are printing them at home using our own printer with ink and paper.
Love the quick and easy way to purchase a ticket even if it's last minute wish. Open the web on my phone and had no problem to order what I need with a quick response via email.

In December 2011 i bought six tickets for the RBS 6 Nations Rugby - England v Twickenham: the match was today 25 Feb. It cost me about £1500. I had thought they were official, with guaranteed delivery. I took along 3 kids and 3 adults. I was anxious about getting the tickets so started contacting them the week before. They kept telling me to be patient and the tickets would be delivered. I was sceptical but had no other choice. Today my 5 guests and I were waiting for the call to 'pick up' the tickets. 30 mins before the game I get a call to say they didn't have the tickets and were cancelling. They said I would get a full refund. Clearly their touting business model is to short-sell, and earn interest on people's cash payments and then sell at the last minute to the highest bidder. I will check to see if I get a refund but it still won't make up for the disappointed kids and lost opportunity. If you want to take a risk then this site might deliver a few tickets to the highest bidder. But for most people I suspect the only thing it can guarantee is stress and ultimate disappointment. I suggest you stay away.
