Booked tickets to the Real Madrid/Manchester City Uefa cup game in Madrid several months in advance and planned a big father/son overseas trip to Spain to surprise my son with his first ever stadium attendance.
Paid for the tickets (and the travel) two months in advance and continued to wait for the tickets to arrive. But I kept getting emails from this fraudulent site informing that tickets will be issued 2-3 days ahead of the game.
I waited patiently until the said date which was now days before our flights and onlineticketexpress.com kept sending confirmation emails on how to receive our tickets. They asked for residence addresses, emails and phone numbers which made me feel that this is a legit business and not a scam, and professional enough to honor their offering online.
A day before our departure we received an email stating that there was some problem with the ticket vendor so the tickets will be issued on the day of the game electronically and all I needed to do was to download them on my mobile phone a couple of hours ahead of the game.
We arrived in Spain after 8 hours flying on the day of the game and only 3 hours ahead of the kick off time I receive an email stating that my tickets did not arrive from the vendor and my order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued back to me in 30 working days!?
They now do not respond to emails, or to the fake phone number they have on their website and when trying to contact them through their online chat line on their website to request help and justification... The chat operator simply says that they are only helping with new sales orders and any issue should be referred back to the non responsive email and fake phone contact.
Net result... I am down 400, my credit card details remain with a scam site and I have a very disappointed son that has learnt his first lesson in what theft means. Instead of enjoying a good game and a short family vacation.
Please stay away from this very disappointing site. And do not be misguided by their higher than average review scores. If u read deeper into their scores you will notice that many of their reviews are from fake postings or hired reviewers who help keep their averages higher.

We bought three tickets to the UCL semifinal Barcelona - Liverpool on May 1st on Camp Nou. The tickets were delivered on the day on the match and we had a wonderful experience.
Overall, our experience was a good one. Indeed, some things other reviews complain about were true for us, too: the price was more than double the original one; the seats were not together, actually one of them was behind the opposite goal; waiting for the tickets until a few hours before the game was AGONY.
BUT all these are minor inconveniences when it comes to such huge events, for which the high demand makes it impossible to get tickets in any other way (like the official website).
So overall, COMPLETELY WORTH IT.

This site is SUPER fast if you want to think you are paying one price and end up paying another. Bought tickets for "$70/each" NO SERVICE FEE WAS POSTED, THEY GAVE ME NO TOTAL. Then I found out I paid $190.20 for TWO tickets.
I didn't realize this site was not the venue's site because that is what I had googled.
They have a "100% satisfaction guarantee" and yet all prices are final.
I found out I could have purchased almost the exact same tickets for $15/each and even if they would have charged me $60 for a service fee it would still be $100.00 less than this POS site.

I booked tickets to my old dad on the site, after reading all the reviews i was bit nervous i called the company maybe 10 times, i can say the customer service are professional all the time answered to the phone and Laura was so relaxing, the tickets arrived to my dad hotel like she said and every thing was OK, I want to thank you Online Ticket Express for the best World Cup tickets, my dad phoned me from the stadium saying "the atmosphere is amazing, the best game Brazil v Germany "
