Site was very easy to navigate and find tickets, compare seating. I was disappointed that service charge was nearly $50 per ticket x 4... plus an email delivery charge for tickets won't be electronically sent for 3 months, 2 days before the concert. They are a gift.
I've used OnlineCityTickets multiple times now, and every time the process has always been quick and easy. I definitely recommend it to first time ticket buyers or anyone just trying to get some tickets for concerts!
Found out the face value of our tickets were $37.50, which was then jacked up to almost $60 each by some seller, and then you added another almost $40 in fees onto it. So now, for 2 tickets, I am paying almost $160 that should have only cost me $90, at most, with taxes. So I paid just under double what the cost should have been.
Awesome service. Easy & quick to use. I messed around with Ticketmaster and could get nothing... not matter how I searched. It stated" Sorry no tickets for your request". Check back closer to the event... so very glad I went to Martina McBride's website and got sent to you. Great Job!

User friendly average additional cost for pimp fees, is the same as other sites. Have used them before, they gave us notification immediately when our show was cancelled, so we knew we had real tickets. Fortunately our show was rescheduled one week later to the day, and they notified us of this via email prior to us hearing about it on mass media.
I'm not the only one that thinks a $24 service charge on each ticket is robbery. Unless I get a very good explanation for why that is necessary, I will do my absolute best to avoid purchasing tickets this way again. Gross!
It was quick and easy... a few clicks and Boom I have my tickets. Reading some of the reviews... I did not get charged a $50 ticket fee/ service charge. And for those who order from a US site should know that they will be paying in us funds which means a currency exchange rate

Nowhere during the purchasing process did it tell what seat number you are buying. A little disappointing to pay so much for tickets and not know until you have paid and received confirmation where your seats are. I feel like it was an intentional tactic to deceive.
The tickets were very, very expensive! Because I've been a fan of U2 since they started and have never seen them, I just went ahead and bought them. I paid 536.00 for two seats with a disclaimer saying my view might be obstructed!? After paying that kind of money, I better be able to see the guys! Plus the extra fees and service charges are SO COSTLY! I'd like to know what other people paid for tickets through this company. Did this company rip us off?
We ordered 4 tickets at $74 each... after we keyed in out information and credit card the price went throughout at $14.00 U.S...$1900. 00 Canadian! Still fighting with our credit card people to reverse. When we call the 1-844 number we get a voice mail for a DENTIST! Do not order from these guys... whoever they are... feel violated!
Ordering was straightforward, but the mark-up was horrendous. $46 face value ended up costing $96. The concert in question is too important to miss, but the surcharges are harsh. Customer service hold time was really bad (30 minutes), but rep was super nice and helpful. As usual, management gets away with extraordinary profit, but the troops keep it together for customers. I would use the service again, due to lack of alternatives.
I paid a lot of money, but I got excellent seats, and I was able to download my tickets instantly after purchase. That beats the crap out of getting mugged after camping out overnight on the sidewalk, or standing in line for hours. This is how ticket purchases should always go!
I recently bought my wife concert tickets that she has been wanting for some time only to find out we have been charged $120.00 extra for the two charges listed in the Title of Your Review.
Not only do they sneak the extra fees in, but they also refuse to give any refund. Buying the insurance for $30 will not help either. It only covers the actual ticket price and that is only if something crazy happens to you. Like having jury duty or having a near fatal car accident. Despite paying almost $500 for these seats, the insurance would only cover for $300 even if they accepted the claim. The process to claim off of the insurance would last weeks as well.
Complete and total rip off. You need to be aware and never buy tickets from online-city tickets. I am very disappointed and feel stupid for not checking reviews before the purchase. That will never happen again. Stay away from this business.
I fully expected a ticket handling charge but never expected to pay an "instant delivery" fee with no other option! Then I attempted to contact someone about handicapped seats because the seating section is shown in the map but available handicapped tickets were not listed! I also wanted information about handicapped parking, as we have never been there, and once again I could reach nobody! I tried live chat and sat waiting over 30 minutes and no one ever got back with me! I am very disappointed in the customer service and extra charges with no options
I found the tickets. I clicked on the two I wanted. Online City Tickets ask for Payment method. You do not see the final order until they have credit card information. Then you see a lot of fees and policy is applied to your cost. Two tickets were $117.00 ended up costing $577.00. With no refund. I called and live chat 10 min after the order. No live person on phone calls and scripted answers from the live chat online. Take away: I will never buy tickets from this organization ever. Good with any purchase with this terrible company.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
