The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Awesome, it was very fast and easy to order... It was easy to understand and buy online. Mobile tickets are a awesome choice
The site was easy to use. I got my e-tickets right away. Now I just have to make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of the show. That is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars because the show doesn't happen until Nov. But if all goes well, I will be using them again.
I am happy to be able to print my tickets right away. The site is user friendly... I would use this site again and recommend it to others...
Don't use unless you cannot find the tickets anywhere else!
Very Expensive. Hopefully will never need to use this site ever again!
I didn't have to spend any great amount of time. Easiest ever! I would highly recommend this way to do business with Ticketmaster anytime there is a concert or wonderful entertainment opportunity.
The agent was very helpful. Finding the best tickets available in my price range. Making sure I knew all the guarantees and exactly what to expect. I am Hard of hearing and He spoke slowly so that I could understand him (he has an accent). Overall it was a great experience.
Was a little confused at trying to purchase online so the husband called the number and the lady he spoke with was super helpful and very nice and helped him get his tickets. I just printed them out. Will use this company in the future.
I had a good experience and would use this service again. I don't really know want to add to make it 100 caracters
Quick easy service, extras a bit expensive but tickets sold out at home. So going to see Arctic Monkeys
The service and delivery was quick and flawless! I had no hiccups upon ordering and it was as easy as it gets!
Why is there a $15 service charge when i do the work myself rather than an employee? Why is there a $7 mobile fee when Im saving postage and paper? I will never purchase from you again. Realllyt!?!? A mobile ticket fee? Maybe one a day a company will come around that reduces ticket prices for the convenience of purchasing online and using their own phone as the ticket. Maybe one Ill start a company like this... maybe one day Ill crush all ticket competitors... ive got my eyes on you
Lots of emails leading to emails before actual tickets arrive. At this point I'm not sure if I actually have the tickets. I'm supposed to log in to something but there is no link to the thing that I'm supposed to log in to. Also, I tried to submit this review about a dozen time until I saw that it has to be al least 1000 characters.
My friend ask me to attend a concert so I went to this Web site and found the tickets now we are going to attend thanks to this very fast convenience of this service you have thank you
Online City Tickets took a tragedy and gave it a bit of light. I purchased tickets for my kids and I. My youngest had never been to a concert before. We were really excited to be going. Unfortunately the tickets and my purse were stolen. You can imagine how we were feeling. Heartbreaking as that was we felt we would have some recourse. Never expecting just a short time later we would loose our youngest Son. My Son who had never gotten to experience a concert, now never would. This is where that bit of light comes into focus. Online City Tickets tracked the tickets and we are now going to honour our youngest member by attending a concert he wasn't sure we would even be able to see. What an amazing group of people. We can't Thank You enough. Sincerely Sabrina Rowe
For Conner 2000-2018 RIP
Fast service. Email responses were almost immediate. I would recommend this site to others. I just wish I would have gotten the tickets immediately online instead of having to wait until 2 days before the show.
Normally ordering tickets online is difficult, this time was different. Ordering online was very simple, fast and easy! Can't wait to print my tickets out and go to the show!
A little over priced but easy to use site overall, I could not find anything cheaper on other sites that looked like they would still be a trustworthy site to use.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
