The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Very unhappy with all the extra charges! Paid $200 in fees, absolutely ridiculous!
I bought 2 tickets for a gift (that is the only reason I completed my order) with a resale price of 125$ each then they charged 37.50 on each ticket and then charged another 6.95 for email delivery when there was no other options of delivery. They never gave any info on the service charge until checkout. I would have been somewhat ok with one time charge of 37.50 (which is still the highest I have every seen)but for each ticket when there was no additional service given is outrageous. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Site was easy to navigate & purchase process was quick
Price marked up but worth it because
Of the great shows you get to see. Sometimes it is one chance to see the artist
The site is very easy to use, however, the extra fees are not a very welcome site, especially since mine were by electronic delivery. 33$ extra seems like a lot especially since I am Canadian which works out to about 50$ extra for an email. I did appreciate the confirmation follow up though and would consider using again, if the fees were considerably reduced.
I also believe they have their own people writing reviews to counter the bad reviews.
This is not a LLC and I called within an hour and could not get a refund. I called prior to actually receiving tickets online so legally they should have refunded the money.
$20 per ticket on a $60 ticket is usury.
Bought tickets today and it looked like I was buying from the venue... even had the venue diagram. Small print says they are a re-seller. Not only were the tickets 33% more but they added another 33% more in processing fees. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Customer service just recites how they are committed and therefore you are committed and do a huge mea culpa while talking over you to boot!
I received a VISA gift card with a note saying the tickets were downloaded on that Visa gift care; however, the gift card expires on 11/2016 and the concert is 12/11/2016? Hope this works!
Hope its a good show, havent gotten the tickets yet but looking forward to the show.
The url was misleading so that I thought I was going to the venue's site. Mercifully, the tickets were immediately sent. However, comparable tickets were available for $17 less on the official venue site. Kicking myself over the additional $34 in fees. That would have paid for a nice lunch with my 85 year old mother.
Had to pay a little more than i wanted to for the green day tickets but the majority of that was my procrastination. I know it will be worth every penny. Can't wait. Would recomend
Super easy to use and very fast. I liked it a lot.
Surprised about the huge mark up. Over $100 additional per ticket. Wow.
The seat chart is very confusing and the service charges were an unwelcome surprise. Although the description referred to better seats, the received tickets were not where requested. In addition, I have attempted to submit this review for the past 10 minutes, and have been unable to do so.
The service was great and delivered exactly what we wanted. I am in the UK and found the website easy to use.
This company gets business by presenting a misleading url in search engines that makes the site appear to be connected with the venue for the event you are trying to book. While the fine print disclaimers on the web site probably mean it is doing nothing illegal, it is certainly slimy business practices. I ended up paying more for my tickets than I should have, in part because of unnecessary foreign exchange costs.
I was shocked to see that the actual price for four tickets was almost $100 more than the advertised price. I recommend the actual price (i. E. service charges) and etc. be shown to prevent this surprise at the end.
I found some good seats. It was fast and easy to purchase. Prices added up faster than I thought. Overall it was good
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
