The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

It took 3 tries to get the order forms completed fast enough to avoid the system declaring the session to have timed out. The timeframe needs to be longer.
The third time was the charm, as I got my order in, and downloaded the tickets successfully.
First time purchasing concert tickets online. It was easy and painless.
Received my tickets quickly. The process was easy to understand
Haven't gotten my tickets yet. Supposed to get them emailed 2 days before the event which is to close to comfort for me. I'd rather have to keep up with them or at least have them in my email waiting. Also, the fees per tickets added over 100 dollars to my purchase.
THIS OUTFIT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS! They sell you specific tickets and than put you wherever they feel like it. I bought 12 tickets totaling more than fifteen hundred dollars to Trans-Siberian Orchestra for this coming December 15,2016 show at Jacksonville Arena. They split up eight children from the four adults sending them to two different sides of the stadium. The obnoxious, self-righteous customer service woman named Daria, tried to explain to me that they upgraded me by dividing everyone up and making us sit where we did not want to sit. Do not use this company, they will ruin a holiday event and tell you it's an upgrade... I will be posting a detailed timeline of this bait and switch company on "everywhere social media". I will not rest until they are out of business and Daria the Ticket witch has sit where I want her to... The unemployment line.,,, I
I ordered tickets from this site and when the event happened 4 major artist were replaced with other people. The venue was offering refunds so we left. I called for my refund and this site would not honor it. They had no suggestions, no credit towards another show, and made it seem like I could be lying about not going to the show. I wish I would have read the comments before making my purchase... NEVER AGAIN!
It was quick and easy but if you've already taken my money... I should have a better idea when tickets will arrive. Especially when they're already paid for... Thank you
Getting signed up was easy. Password accepted. Follow up was nice and prompt.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! They don't disclose the crazy fees until after you purchase and their money back guarantee is a lie. They won't refund your money, customer service tells you pretty much " you're screwed ". Better business Bureau has investigated themy numerous times.
Surcharge on tickets is disclosed poorly and is a terrible rip off
$70- $100 per ticket fee in excess of the cost of the tickets
Save some money and use another site
Very easy process received tickets by email and great seats seats the night before the event!
It is honestly ridiculous that this website charges you three times the face value of the ticket, then gives them to you only two days before the event even though I purchased them three months in advance. Stay away at all costs, customer service is very inept and won't help at all. Use Literally any other ticket broker, their fees are outrageous and the company is awful.
This company charges ridiculous service charges with these tickets, without indicating the charges in advance. Criminal fees. $102 fees for two tickets.
They lie to you and their 100% money back guarantee is a joke! I bought tickets in one section but when I received them they were in a horrible side of the stage seats. I called three times before they told me the clause that the seller can change sections if they are closer to the stage, a total scam! I couldn't get my money back either. I will never use this company again! Buyer beware!
Very easy to buy the tickets. Now I'm just very hesitant that these tickets could be fake. If anyone has gotten fake tickets off the website please let me know!
My only delivery option was "special delivery", which cost me an additional $15. But my method of delivery is for me to pick up my tickets at Will Call. That is in addition to a $14 per ticket processing fee. Ridiculous!
I had a hard time getting the download link to get my tickets but the customer service people were helpful. After 4 emails I finally managed to get the link for my tickets.
I purchased tickets from this site. Two hours later I had buyers remorse and wanted to get my money refunded (it happens). I called them and they told me of their no refund policy, and that I could resell the tickets if I wished. I then called my credit card company. My credit card had not yet been charged, yet Online City Tickets was telling me that they had already paid their seller (not possible). My credit card company had a customer service manager from Online City Tickets on the phone. Instead of this manager (Chris) being sympathetic or helpful, he instead was rude and sarcastic. I told him we had nothing else left to discuss. My credit card rep who was on the line, then told me that BY LAW a company is supposed to be able to refund you money if you request money back within 24 hours of the purchase. So I will get my money back. But I warn ALL buyers/users to not purchase tickets from this site. You will not only not get your money back if you have buyers remorse, but you will get a $25 service charge for each ticket, no option to be mailed a ticket, and will also be treated poorly and dismissed like you don't matter. Be smart and just use Ticketmaster.
I Ordered 5 tickets for Dancing With The Stars. I paid the rediculously overpriced service fee of $37.50 per ticket and then an additional charge a $6.50 per ticket e-mail fee for delivery (no other options offered) on top of that. These fees didn't show up until check out. Never use them again, and definetly would not recomend them. BIG RIP OFF
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
