Message in the title, as it is difficult to evaluate until the order is complete. Since all I have received is a confirmation of the processing it is hard to say anything. All other ratings have been positive that is why I chose them.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF WHEN YOU ADVERTISE A PRICE FOR TICKETS, YOU'D INCLUDE THE ADDITIONAL $12 SERVICE CHARGE PER TICKET RATHER THAN POSTING IT ON THE PAYMENT SCREEN. ALSO, 6.95 FEE FOR EMAIL DELIVERY WITH NO OTHER OPTION? WHY? I NEVER PAID ANYONE $6.95 TO SEND AN EMAIL.

They jacked up the price of the tickets a ridiculous amount. I couldn't find tickets at any other site so I was forced to resort to them. Will not use again. At least the tickets came fast. Here's hoping they are legitimate and we can actually get into the concert.
It is a bit pricey but I think it'll be worth it :) Site is very userfriendly but it could tell before hand that a service fee will be included in the final price just to make a better estimate when looking at the seats.
Never use this company. This was my first time to deal with them. Paid $998.75 for tickets to see Billy Joel. Was told I would have the tickets on 2/8/17. Received an email at a later date stating that I would not receive the tickets until 2/9/17. It is 7:14 pm on 2/9/17. I have no tickets. I called customer service, I was told if I did not get the tickets by 2 hours before the concert they guarantee that I would receive the same ticket or better. Are they kidding. This was supposed to be my 50th Birthday celebration. Now I supposed to site and check my email all day for the tickets. We had the entire day planned out so much for dinner reservations Thank you Onlinecitytickets for a great 50th birthday!
They claimed the sent my tickets three times but I never received them. I went back and forth with them for a month and ultimately was so frustrated that I asked them to cancel my order. They completely refused to cancel the order and said I should just resell my tickets if I didn't want them but that obviously wasn't an option because I never received the tickets in the first place. In the end the only option I had was to dispute the charge with my bank.
Very easy and straight forward way of obtaining tickets for an event. Even a beginner on the computer would find it user friendly.

It is fraudulent to advertise a price that does not include all charges. I will never, ever purchase tickets from OnlineCityTickets again. They know full well what they are going to charge, and then advertise a much lower price. The $79 PER TICKET service charge is not made obvious, you only see it after you have picked a "delivery option", and then only if you move to a different part of the page where the "service charge" appears when you pick your "delivery option". We purchased 10 tickets through this company. I have literally no idea how this is legal. We have never used this site before and have no idea what they're about. We called to buy the tickets due to the quantity we were buying. The representative tells us that we have to buy the tickets in 3 orders... ok? They CONFIRM we will be in this club box in this row. Okay cool. Well, one of the orders is in a completely different club box. The other two orders? No idea where they're at. Not to mention the representative FAILED to mention this to us while purchasing. Because if we were told, we would have bought the tickets elsewhere. Call customer service? Get a miserable woman on the phone who claims she is the supervisor who will just tell you to shut up and listen to her spew bull$#*! and essentially say she can't help you. So now we are waiting for 6 tickets to show up ONE WEEK before the show and have no idea where we will be sitting. The point of buying 10 $#*!ing tickets was to sit together. OBVIOUSLY. I am beyond furious with this site and the fact that their customer service is so $#*!ing terrible. They backed us into a corner where now we can't get a refund because we're still in a club box that we were "guaranteed." Utter. $#*!ing. Bull$#*!. Buy tickets somewhere else. Please.
They clearly say that they are a ticket agency and will provide you the seats you want or from a comparable section. HOWEVER, I chose a section dead center with 28 available seats to choose on the map, and their buyer ended up getting them four sections over on a corner for a different price because they probably went through another selection service themselves that gives you a range, but not the exact section. I don't think that compares. Their fees are outrageously high as well. They promise a 100% back guarantee but that's only if the performer cancels the show. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. It's no wonder their customer service line was receiving a high volume of calls when I tried to complain about this and I couldn't get through. NEVER AGAIN!

Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.

Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
