The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Was not aware this was a 3rd party site as initially presented itself as the regular PPL Center website and was not made to appear as the 3rd party until after purchase was made. Tickets sold to me for $30 when in fact they are $23 tickets purchased by another individual who is now named on the tickets. I have been assured by the PPL Center this will not pose an issue for me this time but in the future it may as they do ask for ID at entrance.
Beware of this "reseller" I thought I was buying from the venue but then everything changed once I hit submit and found myself with this company that on top of 3X price of the tickets charged:
Service Charge:
$242.80
UPS Basic Delivery:
$14.95
And even thought I called immediately no refund no how policy no forgiveness just told me to try to sell the tickets on social media AND I can't even get the tickets for another month.
Stay AWAY!
Couldn't get in to the concert. Was told tickets aren't good. I would like a full refund of my money. Thanks for nothing!
It was easy to locate the seats I wanted for the price I could afford by clicking on the Amway seating picture. I paid for my tickets and within one minute I received an email where I was to download the tickets and print. It was easy as one, two, three! Afterwards I received a follow up email to make sure I had received my tickets!
When we carried tickets bought on OnlineCityTickets.com. At gate of NRG stadium.
Officer said they are false tickets and rejected our friends to enter.
The ticket came as promised with tracking number and it was well packaged so it wouldn't get bent. Very happy with this purchase.
I checked other sites and this one had the best availability although I was surprised at the amount of Service Charge.
Received my tickets immediately by download and the service couldn't better the prices were the best around after checking around online and at other places very satisfied with the prices that they offered
I love that the site was easy to navigate but it would be nice to know that when you purchase tickets that the seats are right next to each other.
The website was pretty decent in regards to what we were looking for. We are pretty old school and were not real crazy about instant downloads. We like having tickets sent via postal service and having them in our hands. This was the best way to go for us. Thank you.
No other ads, just the show you want, easy seat selection and better pricing than other sites. Overall an extremely easy site to use and way to get the tickets you want.
Total rip off. Insane amount of "service charge" per ticket hidden until late in the order process. Waited 30 minutes to reach customer service. Was told "too bad", essentially. Will never buy from them again. I suggest anyone else use another service.
Great show, our seats were perfect. Thank you for the great evening!
We will definitely use your service again.
Happy Saint Patrick's Day!
Easy process. Had a few questions. They were answered within an hour. Will order tickets again knowing this easy process. Thanks!
Website is quick and easy to use. I feel secure using my credit card information on your website, have used it a number of times and have never had a problem.
This business is a disgrace. They resell tickets from individuals who hoard tickets as soon as they are made available and then hang on to them until the last minute. So as the customer you're left biting your fingernails the day of your show wondering if you're ever going to get your tickets. And then when you contact customer service they say things like "They're willing purchases. We disclose that delivery dates are not guaranteed and that tickets may be delivered up to the day of an event within our sales terms. We ask prospective purchasers to review this information. I assume the majority of them do, understand and wish to finalize the purchase anyways."
GARBAGE COMPANY. Will never be doing business with them again.
The email with the tickets came about 10 minutes after the confirmation of my request. The service charge for each ticket were ridiculous
When I ordered the tickets the site did not tell me the seat number. Then when I got seat numbers 119 and 117 I had no idea why that happened. When I called, after several prompts, I was told to email the site. When I emailed the response was that they would get back to me in 48 to 72 hours. This only increased my anxiety. I looked up another seating chart of the to find my answer, the seats were numbered odd numbers only. My anxiety would have stopped if I got a response to my question via email or phone. That is why I gave the review a 2. The site needs a better seating chart so you know exactly where you are sitting. It also needs a better customer service to answer questions faster than 2 to 3 days later.
Ordering simple
Received before the show and correct seats
No problems with transaction at all
Service fees not much over printed ticket price
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
