The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I got my tickets emailed to me right away! Great prices! It was my first time buying tickets and it was quick, easy and just an overall good experience!
This is not a bad service. However this forces me to run to neighborhood shop to print because I do not maintain my own printer. It should be allowed to have the ticket on the electronic device
Great Site. I would definitely recommend to others and buy again through this site. It was very easy to use.
They charged me $228 for 5 tickets for ringling bros and when five tickets should have cost $162 and we do not even sit together never going to use this site again to buy tickets.
I ordered my 2 tickets 9 months in advance and paid $160.00 for an Eric Church concert when I got my first confirmation this company had switched the section and the seats. However, I hung in there. When it came time to get my e-tickets on the date they said they would send them they never came and I did a live chat with them. I didn't get the tickets until the day of the event. Once again they had switched my section and now I was sitting in $96.00 seats per their own website. Of course, my original section and seats were on sale once again for $166.00. This company is about stealing money from people. Never use them.
Good good good good good good good good, easy to find the tickets, but expensive for the convienience fee I could just go to the arena and pick up my ticket and drive back home and still not spend that much money on gas and a ticket
I went on ticket master and the prices of the tickets I wanted was extremely high, so I managed to stumble across this website and got AMAZING seats for such a great deal than ticket master!
Thanks will see if they print when i am ready. Thanks for making his a simple experience and the 100 character minimum review is a pain in the Azz
I wanted to revise my earlier review. Your prices, including the "Service Fee", are competitive, and usually better, than any other online site I have found. It was quick, easy and convenient to fine the tickets I wanted. Thanks again.

Very quick and easy! Ordered while out of country and so glad to be able to do so online.
Order went immediately and received confirmation immediately, very pleased!
Affordable, compared to other websites. Easy to use and very informative. I like how it mentioned that if there were any problems on the day of the event to call and everything will be taken care of.
Easy to purchase and download and print tickets. Prices better than other vendor I checked. Very happy.
LOVE this site. The seat options were amazing. The prices for such great options was impressive. The return time of receiving the actual tickets was less than 24 hours! I can't wait to use this website again. I will always use it.
I purchased 1 set of 6 tickets on line, needed 3 more so i called to make sure they were with the other 6 tickets. The next day i needed 3 aditional to make it 12 tickets, i called and made it clear to the sales person we were a group and they must be close, she sold me 3 in the same row & section. I was clear that they had to be together because we are taking teens and need to be together. When i got the tickets the last 3 were in the same row in section 127 our other tickets are in section 105. When i called customer service the girl told me the salesperson diclosed that if the seats i bought were not avaliable that i would get seats in a comporable location. I told her the lady knew i needed seats together and she insisted i was told they might not be. I asked her to listen to the recorded conversation and she would see that i was not told. She insisted i was, i asked to speak to her supervisor and she said it would not change a thing and there was nobody else for me to speak to. I explained that i had spent almost 1,200.00 for 600.00 worth of tickets and i would never ust this company and she said she was sorry but could do nothing and suggested i try to sell the tickets on social media. If it if is her job to run off customers she did it well, this will be my last experience with your company. Michael Coplan *******511
This company will charge your credit card and cancel your order saying it is fraud. The fraud department is a joke will not validate orders like stub hub do not get scam out of your money use stubhub
My tickets were easy to order and came as they were expected. There was no trouble with my order or confirmation.
Paid twice as much for tickets- I could have had front row tickets for the price I paid for this ripoff website. They do not let you know how much in extra fees you are paying and then hold the tickets hostage for months until the day of the event AND still charge more to email the tickets. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. Not even sure how they hijacked my inquiry from different website.
I liked it thanks. Can't wait to see Paul mccartney at Amalie arena July 10th. Service fees were too expensive though
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
