Bought tickets from these guys for Janet Jackson concert, they will not refund money even though concert was cancelled and she is not visiting the venue during her new tour. Buyer Beware. They are con artist. Do not purchase tickets from here ever!

I feel 100% ripped off. Do not buy tickets from these $#*!s. After spending $205 on 2 tickets for Dead & Company in Bristow, VA, I expected seats close to the stage. We were in the very last row of the pavilion. The tickets I received online were only to be downloaded to my smartphone. You could not print them out. In small print, I noticed $50.00 for each ticket after I was inside the venue. I paid over $100 a piece. Not cool! Check out the Better Business Bureau reviews on these corporate scammers. I want my $ back!

The process was easy and I was able to print my tickets within 15 minutes. Only issue I have is the amount of email spam that followed. EVERY concert available through OnlineCity seems to require a new email. At least filter by my preferences if you plan to spam me.
It was very easy to order tickets. I do think the fees are way too high and the fact that you are not able to see what the exact seats are before purchasing, is a negative. I usually buy tickets from the venue, however those tickets were all gone.
