The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

I have never been to the venue for which I was purchasing tickets, and thought this was their ticket vendor. Only after I purchased the tickets did I find that they were re-sold tickets, AND that I could have gotten a better price via Ticketmaster. In addition, the $17 handling fee (per ticket) is outrageous!
The process was simple and cheaper than in the Theatre.
I bought tickets. I will wait the date to know how good the experience will be.
My question is why do we have to pay for the tickets and print them before we know what seats we will be sitting in? My feeling was of uneasiness. I wanted to take my family to a PBR event, paid a hefty price, and prayed I hadn't been scammed. I paid $56 but the printed ticket said $34.75! Hope we're able to get through the door.
I spoke with Mars... very pleasant man. He explained the process of how these extremely cheap pit ticket(s) became available... I had been monitoring the pit tickets and pricing for a couple months. I managed to get my pit ticket cheaper than it would have been at Ticketmaster due to the secondary seller going with cheaper tickets. Worked out better than I could have imagined! Thank You Mars!
We ordered tickets for Phantom of the Opera and when they arrived our name was nowhere on the tickets and it showed the price was $67.50 each. I bought two tickets and was charged over $350! I tried to contact them 3 times via email to ask why the high charge and to make sure these were OUR tickets and no response. I also tried to call them, only recorded choices and no chance to speak with anyone. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! Beware...
Was simple got good seat for a good price and the live chat answer any question I had so this purchase was good
Can't wait to go. Excited to go. It be a date that's been long over due. Plus I love the show an can't wait to die in laughter
Loved it. It was fast and cheaper than other places.
The only thing was the 11$ for the service fee. That should be less.
It was an easy and fast transaction. The price was pricey. They should not charge high service fees.
I'm hoping this 3rd Party ticket issuer gets it right and send me my tickets. This is the proof in the pudding.
You don't show any seat numbers so now I can't sit with my wife now. This will make the experience not as good. Your fees are quite high too.As far as receiving the tickets and being able to print them that was very easy.
I rarely contact customer service departments but this was absolutely horrible. I reached via chat a few times to discuss my issue and the two agents ended the chat on me after offering little to no sympathy OR help. Afterwards I tried calling to rectify the problem I encounter another less than helpful rep. Maybe you couldn't have solved the problem but some help or suggestions would have been sufficient. Literally the worst customer service department I have ever encountered. I have no idea how they can charge a service fee when it seems like they aren't able to provide any type of "help" for their service.
Only put 1 star because it wouldn't let me put 0.
Recommendation: proceed with caution.
I can admit that I didn't know what I was getting into by buying from this site. I was excited that my husband was actually willing to pay for us to see this show so I went to the first website that popped up after I typed in the name of the show. I wanted to get tickets before he changed his mind. Unfortunately it was this site. The tickets cost more, there's a high service charge, you can't speak to a live person on the phone, when you try to do a live chat you can only choose from options that they give you... you can't type in what you want, you can not cancel, and sometimes you get your tickets another day other than your purchase day. Never again.
This site was simple to navigate and I had my tickets picked out, paid for, and printed within 5 minutes. Excellent!
I got my tickets within 10 minutes of me placing my ticket order for two tickets to WWE Smackdown. The only problem is that the wrong name appears on the issued to box. Theirfore someone does not know how to read.
Apart from pricing the tickets at double the face value - there is a $36 processing fee PER ticket, to send you an email with the ticket information.
Easy to use, safe, no bs. Its a little slower than stub hub but the availabilities on tix were better.
Super easy! Quick to receive my tickets. Good price! I even got a discount. Tickets were received within seconds of purchase.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
