Don't buy VIP

My VIP box seats came with none of the amenities one would expect from a high priced VIP ticket. Rather than explain that to me prior to the ticket purchase I got a phone call a week later from them informing me of that. I guess they made up for it with an 80 dollar service fee... Try seatgeek or premium tickets USA! They rock!

Very comfortable. It has been my first time and it was easy... I hope it do keeps like this. So far so good. I´m only worried that if it by emai why wait 2 months to get an emai? It does not make sense... since I´m traveling from abroad to get the tickets and I will be traveling by that date

This application was very easy to use to choose seats and place my order. I was able to see exactly where I will be sitting and various prices for other seat locations. Only problem is the service fee - which was extremely high!

First timer. Setting up the account and connecting it to my debit/credit card was easy. I am happy to know that I set up once and any other future tix purchases will be available on the same card. 4 stars instead of 5 because the service fee per tix is high 1/3 of the price per tix. Consider lowering your fees. I understand overhead but you should be saving considering these are electronic tix. Overall satisfactory purchase.
