The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Tickets were easy to locate and purchase. Seller responded quickly and approved the transaction. Tickets were delivered to me within minutes of finding out the purchase was approved.
Very easy to navigate, had my tickets purchased and printed in about 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this site if you need to buy tickets
Thanks
Their program is intuitive and easy to use. Prices were good even when you include email fee and service fee. Time savings are huge. Thank you OnlineCityTickets.
$40 service fee PLUS $7 for the email delivery option. Easy site to use, but it'll cost you. The price gouge makes this a permanent "never again" use. Check out other options and save yourself money.
I have never ordered tickets on line, and this was very easy to follow instructions I'll be sure you order from the web site again soon
The site was easy to use since I was using my IPhone and took only minutes to complete and since I was at work and was trying to purchase in between clients
So far so good. Hopefully I don't get screwed when I'm at the Oracle Arena entrance. Sorry but I'm not all that trusting of this method of purchasing tickets. Or anything for that matter.
The second after purchasing my tickets (Book of Mormon) I realized i had bought tickets on the right day but wrong time. My fault, naturally. But this was for a friend's 60th birthday and we already had dinner reservations that conflicted. And, they had tickets for the same price at the right time so I figured it should be easy enough to exchange. But no. 40 minutes of waiting on the phone listening to muzak all I got was the flushing of $200 down the drain. First and only time I'll use them.
This service was the fastest yet. I thought of attending a concert at the bowl, went right to the Online City Ticket site, spotted two seats, ordered them, and immediately was able to print out my tickets, as fast as I could think.
Sera primera vez que ire a ver a Marco Antonio Solis, con mi bello esposo y mi mama. Estamos bien anciosos para que llegue ese dia. Esperamos que su concierto sea todo un exito.
Easy to do. I just wish you had better views of the actual seat.
I will use again as I have in the past.
I was able to buy tickets for a show the next day, which was cool, and got some nosebleed seats that saved me some bucks.
Every thing went smoothly. No Problem tickets in hand. Hopefully no problem at the venue using an e ticket
5 Star service. I ordered my tickets and received an email within minutes. I would recommend this site to all of my friends.
Ordered tickets for James Taylor in Memphis for three friends and myself on MAY 3rd. As we are older and two have mobility issues, we opted to pay $300 each for tickets so as to have only two steps and aisle seats. They told me I would receive the tickets the week of a July 31. Hadn't received them by August 3rd (concert was the 5th). Called customer service and was told tickets would be overnighted. On the 4th, at 2:30, I received an email that I needed to call them immediately. I was told that the tickets I ordered three months earlier were not available, so they would give me a refund and "complimentary tickets". I told them no, we want the tickets that I had paid for three months earlier and that they confirmed in an email. I was told not an option, either take the refund and tickets or just the refund and not the tickets. The tickets we bought were section 108, row w. The ones we received were section 226, row u, THREE ROWS FROM THE TOP OF THE STADIUM! It was a nightmare to negotiate the stairs with two people with physical limitations. As there are other reputable ticket vendors, DO NOT EVER USE ONLINECITYTICKETS!
It doesn't have my name on it, but everything else in the information is correct. I'm really excited to go to this event since I've loved wrestling since I was a child and this is the first event I go to
I would have preferred the tickets be mailed to me. I had to wait and search through my emails to find this email. I almost deleted this email as I went through all my junk emails. Also in the checkout process I wish the payment/billing address could have been different than the shipping address. My coworker purchased the tickets for me with his credit card and I wasnt able to put my mailing address anywhere except to have it emailed to me. The "ISSUED TO" name isn't even my coworkers name nor is it my name Tammy Ward. WTH? Who is Andrea Waine?
Plus I don't understand why $126 worth fees got added on in the end. There were no tickets that were printed and shipped since delivery was only available as an email. So I'm the one who has to print them with my ink and paper. Ugh! The tickets were $1,200 then I got hit with another $126 dollars. Grr!
Easy, fast & stress free. I went to 2 websites: The Lady Gaga concert and the T Mobile arena in Las Vegas. The T Mobile arena in Las Vegas directed me to this website to buy Lady Gaga's concert. I received email immediately and printed the tickets. Soo excited to watch her concert.
I ordered my tickets and had to pay $25 for special delivery I never received a follow-up email to tell me how I was going to get my tickets and on the day of the show had to call customer service to find out where my tickets were they resent me an email they claim they sent me that said I had to pick up the tickets from the seller at The venue one hour before the show will never use this website again tickets now.com is a much better website
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
