Easy to order tickets. The site was easy to navigate. Some nights can be difficult to navigate. This site was relatively easy. The problem is I have no printer and that makes it difficult for me to insure that I look at my tickets. But it's a lot of money I'm spending and I don't want to feel

Its unfortunate that you think its acceptable to charge excessive fees, greater than 25% of the ticket price and that you would use digital tickets (which save on printing and mailing) as an excuse to raise your prices further. I cannot wait until amazon begins seimg tickets finally creating some competion to push out these rediculous business practices.

SCAM

DO NOT buy tickets from them! It is a scam! I bought 4 tickets for my son's 16th birthday. I drove him and three of his buddies to Chicago(two hours from us) only to find out they couldn't even get in, because their ticket's were already used! Needless to say I felt terrible. Poor kids.

My seat assignment

I purchased the tix, but could not tell if the 2 seats were together. After the purchase, the tix were emailed to me for download and print. Sure enough, they were not together! No returns or exchanges, so I am stuck sitting separate from my wife! (angry emoji right here)!
