Wrong part

Filled in my car details, search came up with the part. Ordered and payed for what they said was the correct part. Only to get a phone call off them the next day to say it was not the correct part, and did I still want it. Err no, not if its not correct. When I asked why it would come up with that part when I entered my details of the car on their website, was told I picked the wrong part, it was there search, or it was probably googles fault, even though I was on their website. I asked them to just send the correct part, was told they don't stock it. I can't get a refund straight away, and have to wait. Can't afford another part till I receive this and am now unable to get to my work. Stay clear. Fingers crossed I receive my refund soon.

Do not use this company

Never again... delivered wrong part, which was way above the average cost of the same part on ebay.
Said they would collect on the Wednesday never turned up for collection. Customer Services people were great however actions speak louder than words.
Experience = Poo...

Unprofessional, rubbish & no commonsense

Never ever buy products with online automotive limited. I ordered parts, they delivered incorrectly twice and i had to stop business with them. So i returned the parts. Its been more than a month but i have not received my refund despite for reminders. I spoke to the manager anita, she never listens and she never cared to chase up with the re-fund at all. I have a clear email conversation as an evidence of what i said above. This company has no process, policy or ethics in place. Highly not recommended.

Beware of this company
I ordered exhaust parts costing £450 on the Tuesday they stated would definitely be delivered by Thursday.
Parts did not arrive so I contacted on Thursday and they stated would be definitely delivered on the next day Friday.
It's now Monday still the parts have not arrived.
Telephoned them on Monday stated parts should arrive tomorrow.
Customer service stated they could only refund the delivery charge which was about £12
I have lost work for 3 days which cost me over £200.
Very disappointed I suggest you do not rely on this company

Not happy

Beware, this company boasts about fast delivery times but it failed.
This company said that delivery was by royal mail but it transpires that it was a "courier" who couldn't deliver my order( despite it being a business address and never having any issues in the past 20 years).
Re-funds don't happen very quickly either.
So if you are after parts fast and hassle free then look elsewhere.

The worst website to buy parts for vehicles, before making the payment then you have a good service but if you needs to return the product then there is no one to help.
I'm waiting for the return of the value paid for three weeks and nothing.
Avoid this website.

Very bad experience
October 8, 2019

I have order a motor parts last tuesday and paid for delivery (1-2 days). After couple of days I called them to ask where is my items. The lady said that will be in the next 48 hours, I did explain that I have paid for the items to be delivered at my work place. She said ok call the next day if not delivered. I have called again on saturday, I explain that I did not receive my items still and I would like a refund for the delivery I paid, she said we do not do refund. The next day I received a notification to my home address that they were trying to deliver me a pacel. I had to go the depot to get my item. I did put my work place for delivery address though. More over, I have ordered a good year item and I received a different brand. I would suggest avoid this company. Really bad customer service and you might get the wrong product. Please be aware that there is no refund even on postage even though you paid for next day delivery.

I ordered a part for my car which turned out to be the wrong part despite their website clearly showing it to be correct. They then refused to refund the postage even though they were in the wrong. I tried to recover my money through paypal, which looked like it may work but due to me being distracted elsewhere, the deadline ran out. Now they dont even reply to my e-mails and it looks like they are attempting to steal all the money I paid, not just the postage... AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

Avoid!

Avoid! Won't send you out a replacement until you purchase another set of pads and discs and let the manufacturer inspect them before giving you a refund! Might as well go direct to the supplier!

WRONG PART DELIVERED

Wrong part delivered and called Company who did not want to know and kept stating it was the right part. Sent back with courier and kept stating they had not received it when it had been signed for took another 3 weeks to get refund and many phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

£750 refund STILL required, incorrect parts supplied, extremely evasive and unhelpful call handlers, even suggested that I may be an unscrupulous buyer. IT WAS INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PARTS. Legal advise taken. Will update.
