If I could give it a zero I would. Don't fall for the scam. They charged my card random fees of over 140+ dollars which were never included at the final price when bought.

This is an absolute criminal organization. I filed a complaint with the Oregon Attorney General because they quoted me one price then when I checked my account they had taken out an extra $540.00 out of my account. The costumer support is non-existent. I still haven't gotten my money back. My suggestion would be to never use this company even if they have cheap ticket prices.

For the past 4 days now, I have been calling this company called Onetravel and all they do is to play song for me with no one talking to me, holding me for more than 4 hours of waiting everyday, this is really sad and bad, all you know to do is to get people's money and nothing more.

I purchased insurance to protect trip. The insurance only covers if ur sick or dead. $30 to purchase. Due to the coronavirus we are not allowed to travel. Airline are being lenient yet onetravel will not budge! I will never buy from them please do not buy from them. Also I have no control over the Coronavirus! On their web fare rules if there is a national disaster they would cover. They do not respect their own fares and rules, and do not disclose their insurance online. Do not buy! Stay away!

Really bad service

I have been trying to call for two weeks to change or cancel my flight and all the time I have been put on hold for hour after hours and keep calling and calling and for two weeks and Still on hold due to high volume of call a head me and I even use their chat with travel expert messaging and it say The Whole time (please wait for an agent. There are currently 114 visitor waiting to be served.) and always not available this two weeks I'm been trying and trying to get in touch with them and still nothing from them.

I have been trying to get their customer support for the last 3 days. I need to cancel my booking and there is only few more days before the flight. I don't know if they will refund me after the flight date. When you call the customer service phone line, it gives a very bogus estimate of wait time (it will tell you "fifteen seconds wait" for half an hour), and then when the turn comes the line just disconnects. Their site says you cannot cancel booking through email. There is a chat line, that is stuck at "queue no 99". This is such a horrible experience.

Bad service

I am not happy with their service I went and searched but paid the airline directly onetravel called the airline and cancelled my flight and kept my money. I will never do any business with them again. I been on wait for 45 minutes their system keeps saying 15 seconds has turned into 45 minutes. This is extremely bad service. Not only do they cancel, they take the money, and don't answer their phones. I rather give it no stars or negative stars.

I bought 4 tickets to Las Vegas, at the last minute I got sick with flu, and hypertension, so I decided not to go. I paid for travel insurance and I did not get any penny back! I toll them if I can postpone it to go Vegas in a month or until I feel better, but they said was better to buy new tickets, because was going to cost me more. You have to paid for seat, you have paid for pre-check tickets everything there have a cost! Used to be my favorite website to buy tickets. Until I had lost my money, paying for insurance. And not getting any help at All.

Refunds not processed

Our flight in January got canceled (airline cancelled that) and we called OneTravel for the refund. First, (after 2 hours call waiting and denying their responsibility) they said next 2 weeks the money will be in your account. We called 2 more times so far and we have not seen any refund after about one month. Every time, they say something new and the last time I called, they said to check with the airline but airline says that only travel agency can follow the refund status.
I travel a lot (personal and business) and this experience is the worst. Can't imagine how they don't care about the customer right and my money has been taken with no service received (means stolen!)
Never use OneTravel.

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Bad deals and gimmick

Every time i fond a deal and click on it, it's gone after 3 times they restricted me from access.

Originally booked a flight and price that seemed perfect on their website. Received a call from their customer service stating they were going to help keep the seats together (as they were for a mother and infant) and to watch for the email for the updated seating. Got the email more than 24hrs later and the flight had completely changed (after costing me the additional money for the changes to "help") and ended up on returning to the destination almost a full day after my original desired flight. I called to see if they could help and after being on hold off and on again for about an hour I was told the only way to get the original flight I booked was to pay an extra $650~ per person on top of the price I have already paid. They also kept insisting I change the first flight when I kept telling them the issue was only with the return flight. I could not cancel without 100$ fee per person and they kept telling me they were doing a "service" in changing my flights since it was post 24hrs after my purchase time. It's best to do this company a service and just not book anything through them.

These People are Horrible

I booked for one day and they switched flights on me and wanted more money for the original flight. We call that bait and switch. Foreign customer service that waned to blame me. Don't ever use this company. Run away! Stay away don't even call them. They are HORRIBLE. Unbelievably bad. Worst company on the planet. Do not use. The worst, pathetic excuse for a company out there. I should have read reviews first because they have done this to other people.

I bought a ticket from your website for Jan 28, roundtrip yvr-doh leaving at 10:25am(Vancouver time). I got an email stating my itinerary and went to the airport. Upon checking-in, they couldn't find my booking. I called your customer support and he said that the payment didnt go through. He proceeded on offering me to book the same flight at a much higher price, sine the previous price is not available anymore. I didnt say yes, I said I will think and requested a call back. I wasn't able to answer the call back because I was busy.

10-15 minutes before 10:25am, an alert for the credit card stated that money was used to purchase a ticket, simultaneously, I received an email stating the booking for that flight.

Obviously I can't be on the flight with that span of time. I wasn't able to call your agent back because I was busy.

I paid for a flight and put the wrong date and then they charged me more than if I would have just bought both tickets. I paid $332 the first flight and because of the change they charged me $371 and more. Buying two tickets is cheaper than changing the ticket. I'm very frustrated and they get to make double the price on one seat. No sympathy.

Worst Agency

I had booked a ticket with all the options that I wanted but came to know that the option provided in booking is not sure that you will be getting just ask for extra amount for service but didn't get any such services like wheel chair. When I had conversations 24/7 via chat they would say there won't be any checkin but please confirm with airlines if we have do by ourself for the confirmation and request why shall we use agency as a mediator? Never recommend

The WORST

Buyer beware! I was overcharged for my flight and hotel. OneTravel also booked my car at the wrong airport and it cost me an additional Uber fee to pick up the rental car. I got one excuse after another when I called to complain. I would give negative stars if I could. Do not use OneTravel for anything!

Most tickets are non refundable, and customer service didn't do anything to help or try to fix the problems they had caused. I called told them im active military and they gave me 2 flights that were not changeable or refundable, my command changed the dates and they did nothing to help me except make me pay more money, and then cancel my flights and I don't get anything in return except for a voucher for a company that I will not use again. Hopefully someone listens, don't use this place

Worst service ever

After booking my flight with one travel, i didn't not received my flight information.
I received an email with a link that didn't work.

I tried to go online and use their app to see my itinerary. Once again Failed.

I tried to chat with them online, nothing

The next day I cant again and the associate sent me the same broken link.

I called them. I talked to one of the associate, they sent me 5 times the same email with the same broken link.

Finally got it. But wait.

I still don't have my billing information. They keep sending me what they called " invoice", All it showed it the total amount paid. NO details. After talking to one of the associate for 45 minutes, i keep receiving the same empty invoice.

If you want the cheapest flight GO with them but know that it comes with a very bad service!

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Terrible Experience

Hopefully I can prevent at least one person from booking with OneTravel. I needed to re-arrange business travel, so I had to cancel my flight booked through One Travel. My initial call was less than 24 hours from booking, so the rep informed me that I would be receiving a full refund in 305 days.
3-5 days pass, and I'm still getting emails that I'm on this flight. I call the same number to find out the issue, and the rep informs me that I never called, and that I could only be given 70% back my ticket price. I asked for a supervisor, and he would not allow that. I called back an hour later, the next rep informs me this is an non-refundable ticket and nothing could be done. Again, the attempt to talk to someone above him was denied.

All in all, I went from an easy experience by meeting their cancellation requirements, to a $200.00 loss after 3 separate phone calls.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
