I would not give one star to On Travel, I don't recommend. I bought a ticket booking ******* from Salt Lake City to Austin in April and I had to cancel it because of the COVID 19. I called a lot of time and they are always busy also I didn't get the refund and they say I am illegible for that.
I could change the date if it's possible since I can't be refund but you can't never contact them and they never contact you. Please, don't buy tickets though this company!

Don't expect a refund

When I booked a round trip to Europe in March, I actually bought the trip insurance not sure what would happen with COVID. The trip was cancelled and my $4,100 was given back as a credit. It took more than a month to actually speak to someone at one travel. They said I wasn't eligible for a refund and to talk to my trip insurance carrier. The number is not correct, but thankfully, the girl at the insurance company was able to transfer me to the new company. After I got through the phone tree, I didn't actually get to speak to a person, but had a recording direct me to an online form and then it disconnected. I will never use this company again.

Flights were cancelled due to Covid-19, they will charge you USD35 per person for contacting airlines in advance. Bought two tickets for USD$1246, but they tell me that my credit is only $521, not sure what currency they are talking about and how many persons they are talking about. Refund still remains mysterious. Can't trust them

Been trying to get to speak to someone about my flight cancellation. Was transferred twice and was on hold for 2.5 hours after which my call was dropped. My flight is next week and no resolution. This company is so quick in booking your flights and calls you nonstop to try to force you to buy their seat reservations and travel insurance but now that I reach out to have my flights cancelled, they made me wait and drop my call after 2.5 hours. Please spare yourself from this trap. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID. Their flight deals are not really great and their customer service is $#*!ty! I wonder why they are still in business. Please stay away. I would gladly speak to someone from their company who would get in touch with me to resolve this issue! Until then, i will come back for my next review to spare future victims! PLEASE STAY AWAY AND PROTECT YOURSELVES.

I spent 4 hours trying to talk to an agent but it's impossible. I think they have one person or none answering their phone calls. After two hours on hold the line was disconnected. I tried 4 different numbers and nothing was working just music and waiting time. Very bad service, stay away

Theft

My sister was dying and I had to fly to San Diego. After purchasing a ticket we realized the date was wrong. It took 12 hrs to contact someone. They said they would refund the money. So we purchased another ticket from a different site for less money. We never received the money, we contacted them via email and they finally responded saying we cancelled post flight,
And will not receive a refund. This company is very dishonest.

I cannot even believe the trouble I've had with your company. I will never use you again and will tell everyone I know NOT to use One Travel. Changing my flights and canceling them and wanting me to spend more money to get my ticket fixed. Absolutely unacceptable! When I complained before they said they would refund me $20 for my trouble but never did. So incredibly dissatisfied with your service! NEVER AGAIN!

This company is very cheap For traveling but very expensive I'm stealing your money. The are very good not taking money into their pockets and not return it if something goes wrong. I was over a hour on the phone with them. I yes I will have to bring this to my lawyer he is eager to take care of people like this.

Don't use this site whatever you do. I was in a hurry to try and get some cheap air tickets and I am so sorry I went with One Travel. American Airlines were changing flights and allowing cancellations was what the emails I was being sent by One Travel. My travel plans changed due to the Corona Virus so I cancelled my flight. One Travel charged me $ 70.00 to cancel the flight when American Airlines said I could cancel at no additional costs. Not only did One Travel charge me to cancel they also made it so if I want to use my American Airline credit for the cancellation that I have to book my flight through them just so they can charge me more money for a new booking fee. Run and I mean run away from their web site. I wish I had never seen their website.

Called so many times to get my credits back from the money I have loan from AFFIRM to pay the flight which was I cancelled due to the corona virus, calling them is really like tremendous hardship. Paid over 2000 dollars, Ganie the representative had deducted booking fee and promise that I have credits of 1799. 22 dollar. This is a totally disapointment for me... was unemployed due to corona virus. This people has no heart all I want is give me a solution for this issue..

I don't like that I was charged an authorization hold. I'm told I was charged double what I was quoted because of a change made to reservations. The change was made while I was on the phone booking with the agent. It does not make sense to me and I need my money. I don't like that policy. Now I'm told I have to wait 3-5 or 7-14 business days to see my money returned to my account!

Poor Service

I was happy to hear that they were potentially giving me a credit for my flight, supposedly they did, but then out of the blue, I get a USD$35 charge, literally out of nowhere and no reason. I try calling and nothing, the call gets cut off and I write to their customer service, and still no response. This is terrible, I never agreed to an additional charge almost 4 months after I bought the ticket, why would you charge me? WHY?!? It was extremely upsetting.

Not secure site

I have booked my flight with one travel site on 11th March after one week situation got worse and all the country start lockdown so I was planning to reschedule it canceled and start calling customer center one travel from 17th March after one week or trying got one chance to speak the agent told due to covid 19 situation they only give chance to people who are in next 72 hours of flight he ask me call before one week of my flight time ok fine I wait, later airline has sent email saying flight is canceled so I tried to call onetravel but only computer will answer which will waist time and I have sent email but nothing is happen no reaction, my flight was on 4th April today is 7th April still no news on refund, so I don't care of refund but I regret by using onetravel to booked my flight, regret by trusting you, no secure, no convenient fit cancel n reschedule, poor customer care,
Other customers if you want easy refund n reschedule agent then I will not recommend this for you.

Stay away

Stay away from this company, their customer service is terrible and it seems nothing short of a scam. I understand that many companies are under pressure from the pandemic, but the airlines have cancelled our flights and we cannot get through to one travel to get our money back. The online chat takes hours to speak to someone and directs you to a phone number that directs you back to the online chat. Will never use them again and other should not as well.

Bad assistance

Bought round trip ticket with one luggage only find 2 weeks latter that I had to pay 109 dollars extra for my baggage and 10 dollars for bording pass, I definitely dont recommend buying tickets at onetravel.com

I booked 3 flights departing on April 2 and returning April with OneTravel. 2 seniors and 1 adult. We were to attend my nephews wedding in Albuquerque, N. M. Due to the coronavirus outbreak the wedding has been canceled. I did buy insurance. But I can not get in touch with OneTravel. My first attempts to contact OneTravel all wi would get is a high pitch sound or they just hang up. Now when I call OneTravel there is a message which gives you a website address (which is for cancellations refunds...) and that gives you information on the corona outbreak.
When I first was in touch with them I was happy to talk to a person. I do not travel and found the travel sights confusing. They were soon frustrating because they would find a flight and try to book it and it would come back booked and would start all over again. Each time OneTravel travel tried a new booking the amount of the flight fare increased. I spent hours on the phone booking the flight. Probably paid too much by the time something was booked but at least i had a plan.
Now I have to say I was overcharged and they are nowhere to be found for the cancellation due to the coronavirus upset.

Please do not use this company.

I was lucky that my card didnt work. Actually I bought a ticket and said I had inky 19 hours, after booking, I got a confirmation email saying my flight will be for 36 hours. So what they do is make the flight cheaper, once you book, they find a very cheap flights different from what you booked. They are scammers. You will wait in the airport transit for many hours.

THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR! But I had to put one to submit my review:(

While dealing with this COVID-19 and flight restriction into Canada, I've been trying to cancel my flights since March 13th and no avail. Their phone numbers that I could find or received through emails aren't working or when you call, you get a voicemail saying: « the client you are trying to reach is not available »... click.

I can't cancel my flights directly with Air Canada because I've booked my flight with a third party. So if you are looking to book a CHEAP flight(s) DO NOT USE ONETRAVEL.COM!

A $1200 (CAD) lesson learned!

I saw a lot of positive reviews on TrustPilot that are all FAKE REVIEWS and BULL$#*!!
Please DON'T get suckered!

100% Pathetic customer service
If there will be -ve star I will choose that one. I want to cancel a ticket due to coronavirus. I called 3 times and after 1 hour of wait time system dropped my call, after 3 hours of wasting my time I just gave up.
But if you want to book a flight there is no wait at all, this 100% pathic customer service, try your best to avoid it, you may save money on cheap fares but if you really need them in any emergency then they will not help you at all.
