Scam

This company is a scam. I asked for a refund, instead of providing a refund, they asked for my debit card and charged me $75. Their customer service representative was very rude. Didn't answer my question. I will never get a flight from this company again. They're terrible

Nightmare night

I am very disappointed. I supposed to travel To my country for Christmas. First, my flight had changed many time and I understood because the COVID. Calling for check every week for see if there was changes in flights. On one time the flight connection was canceled, but i didn't het any emails about that. I called for check my flight and they told me confección flight was canceled. However they fixed it. Before to do my Covid test for travel, I called then to see if everything change, but the told me " no changes". Before to sleep I call them because my flight supposed to be next morning. I called them and they told me evening god until Peru after that to take your flight for LPB wasn't my ñame. I asked yo fix for me. They said we can't do anything " the traveled agent just to do it" I asked for the phone number and they said the office at enclose now and by tomorrow if you cancel you ticket, you will not get a refund. I lost the money that i used for the test and partially money that i paid for my ticketthey don't want to loose anything. The person who work fix my ticket made a mistake and I have to loose money

Hi,
You claim to be "Book with Confidence " your a disgrace. Note our previous notes
We seem to be not discussing the same point, we are happy for the flight cost to be deferred at a later date, when things get back to normal (whenever that will be)
However, what concerns us, is you charged us a cancellation fee, when the airline Malindo had stopped all flights, which was out of our control, so please return the cancellation money you withdrew out of our bank... this would resolve our dispute with you.

Untrustworthy

It's unfair how your customers spend money on a ticket but when they want to cancel it in order to book another trip in whatever case their is, it's impossible to do so (I was in that situation today). I find it wrong they some way stealing money today I lost money and time which I can't get back and you guys just took it with no worries and that's messed up also the agent I spoke to was disrespectful and unclear with his directions. After today I don't find one travel trustworthy at all.

Scam

I wish I could give zero stars for this joke of a company. They claim to give us a credit and then charge more for a 'rebooking fee' than the credit was even for. The customer service lady was extremely condescending arrogant and rude... We lost a good flight with another airline just because they offered the credit for the old flight only to find out this new system almost doubled the overall cost

Am not happy with the service the worse costumer service. I have to canceled my 3 ticket from Newark to barcelona due to covid 19 now when i need to reschedule with an additional charge of $277.33 USD per passenger, including airline penalty, difference in fare and fees. Total cost to change this itinerary including taxes and fees: $832.00 USD (Total for all passengers).
Thats not rigth why penalty wasn't my fault that all airport got close due to covid
They should help costumer

I just booked a ticket and the date is changed when I received my itinerary. Of course I called customer service and told me to have the right date I would have to pay 150 more. The right date was exactly the same price. I booked to travel to Denver My best friends son has only a few days to live. She needs my help. Im just furious I know I put the correct date I double checked before I put my cc info in. Never again

Wish I could give zero stars. Rude representative, low communication skills, They all seem to have poor call quality. Should always book directly with airline, they seem unable to be able to talk to airline about refunds.

Our airline cancelled the fight we are entitled to a full refund they keep saying they re working on it this is since May 2020 4 months the call center jut has you running in circles I will never use them again that's for sure

SCAM ARTISTS

My flight was canceled due to COVID in April. I tried repeatedly to get refund but each time I called I was put on hold over an hour and call was disconnected. After finally getting a person on the line 5 months later they only refunded $270 even though I paid $343 for my flight and still have to wait another 30-60 days to receive. I will NEVER use them again I and I suggest you do the same!

Had a miss hap happen with the dates and wanted to change once realized. But to rebook was 400 more. Way out of my price range. So they charged me more money promised me my refund with air canada has already given them. I still have not recieved my money and the staff spoke absolutely rude to me. Now i am out over a thousand dollars and nothing from them.

Terrible Refund Experience

Flights were cancelled by airlines and was told we would receive a travel credit. We wanted a refund and was told by One Travel customer service to go to airline for that. Later learned that One Travel controlled the refund. They are very accomodating when booking. Horrendous when resolving an issue

Terrible

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I have to receive a refund for my flight booking. I tried to get money through my Citi Credit card - their bank didn't allow! I am fighting for my money back at least 6 months. OneTravel=Cheap-O-Air customer service located in India and doing all and everything not to give money back to customers. BE AWARE!

Non existent flights

I booked a flight from Athens, Greece to Boston, Mass. For July 29th that never existed. The Turkish Airline posting was erroneous because that airline has not been able to fly into or out of Greece for over 4 months. I did not know this at the time of booking only to find out after trying to get a refund. Of course the refund will take 1 to 2 billing cycles, so I was told. You also don't get refunded any insurances from One Travel; you have to file a claim with another firm. I think this is considered fraud!

First of all the representative's are rude, not helpful whatsoever, I tired calling multiple times to the customer service number and they kept telling me I would receive an email of the adjusted name on my flight, never did. I had to live chat with a representative who told me I had to rebook my whole flight and I would be charged a fee to adjust the name and also had to pay to rebook my flight and change the dates. I ended up cancelling my flight only to be charged 50 to cancel, received an email saying there was a $25 cancellation fee when I asked this to the representative said I would get a different email with correct amount, received an additional email saying there was a $50 cancellation fee. So they pick and choose the cancellation fees. Worst company.

OneTravel is CheapOair is FarePortal, INC. One company of FRAUDSTERS. They will take your money. Yes. They will provide you with a ticket. But that's where it ends. If there's a cancellation, and there are MANY cancellations since this Covid thing started, you'd be offered better flight change choices from the airlines, and OT/COA/FP Fraudsters will even recommend/encourage that you do. That will absolve them from offering any more service and they will use that against you when it comes time to get a refund from them. They will not give you a refund. Put that out of your mind. That's why I call them Fraudsters, because they offer no real service apart from taking your money in exchange for tickets that will likely be cancelled or changed. So why bother. They offer ZERO service. Look at the Dept. of Trans. Consumer complaints. They're #1 SCAMMERS. Look at my last email from them. From the "Supervisor" of the "Tender Loving Care Team" It says they have processed a refund. LIARS. There is NO refund. They have probably spent the $1200 buck they owe me paying their "TLC Supervisors" and lawyers to fight to NOT give me my refund. I've filed multiple complaints against this scourge of a company. You have been forewarned...

I purchase the traveler's insurance through this company which is 7 corners that they use I canceled my trip for July due to the Corona virus I had a doctor's note saying that they advise against any travel the Canadian border is also shut down for US citizens my trip was for last week now I am constantly fighting one travel.com and 7 corners to get the reimbursement I was denied twice by 7 corners saying that it is not part of their policy to refund due to Corona virus I've tried calling 1 travel.com 2 × 2 day and hour on hold each time just to be hung up on this is very unprofessional and the fact that I've sent them numerous emails and have gotten nothing in return I hope they see this in make it right if not I will be taking them to small claims I recommend don't use this company they dont care about they pandemic or customers well being

I have booked my flight back in Jan 2020. In April, I received a notification from OneTravel that my flight got cancelled and they are working on refunding my tickets. It has been more than 9 weeks already and I still didn't receive anything. Furthermore, I have been trying relentlessly for weeks to get in contact with them over the phone or email and still no success. Last time, I stayed over the phone for a little bit over two hours and then I heard someone finally picking up the phone but then immediately hung up on me. And to make things even worse, I received a notification from OneTravel on July 13th 2020, formulated in away as if I am the one who cancelled my booking. So, basically, the whole matter is nothing but a cheap scam from oneTravel, they cancel on you at the first place and then make you think that they are working a on your refund. However, weeks later, when you are done waiting for your refund and you ask for it, they pretend as if I am the one who cancelled, so that I got nothing for my booking. That is really unacceptable and utterly unprofessional, let alone being totally illegal. That was my first experience with OneTravel and definitely my last.
