Company ripped off my parents. They had no idea they we're paying in American dollars. Took me 12 phone calls, where I was hung up on, put on hold for hours and transferred several times plus 4 emails to get no where. They offered me a credit. As if I'd ever want to travel with them again. Going to take this up with the credit card company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY
I searched a flight ticket, it showed a price, then I followed the instruction to make a payment, right before clicked a button of "make payment", it sid the price was changed and jacked up ~$dollars. There was no return or cancel button, kind of stuck there. SO closed the web browser and deleted all the history, included cookies. Right after that I received an email from onetravel, and it charged on my credit card with the raised price. I called the customer service right away. It didn't want the process of cancelling my payment, instead, the woman tried to sell me a ticket with different schedule and price (higher). I declined right away. Then she told me that it would take 1~2 billing cycle to refund my money. I asked her how long the billing cycle it was and got an answer which is 1~2 month. I was unhappy about that, and wanted to talk to her manager, then she let me hold on the phone for a while, and came back to tell me the refund would take 1~2 weeks. I am currently waiting for the refund. Not an honest price listings at the website.
After booking my flight, they gave me a confirmation e ticket with a pending status, no customer service who can take your call since my flight was coming up, no ticket number confirmation privided, will put you in hold forever, even the virtual agent stops replying. Their agent booked me on a flight that was sold out. I know because when I checked the flight on my own it was sold out. Their agent told me he could get me on the flight. When I arrived, they would not let me on the flight - I missed the connecting flight. I should have gotten home at 4:00 pm instead I got home at 1:30 am and spent the whole day in airports. Their customer service transferred me 3 times and I hung up after they were going to transfer me again. Very hard to understand agents.

Everything was a mess, paid for seats and were added to the wrong flight and tried to change them with no luck, at one point I wasn't even sure if my trip was booked because I never even got a confirmation, I had to call the airport myself to confirm that I even had a flight, they left me high and dry and kept brushing me off, kept me waiting forever and did nothing. I say run like hell!

I wish I could give them zero stars. I have been up all night trying to fix an error one travel made with my invoice. I paid for my travel with a loan from affirm. One travel provided an incomplete invoice that I submitted for an approval. Once I was approved, affirm sent me back to one travel to complete the order. One travel added 10 more dollars for a baggage fee that was not accounted for by affirm so there was not enough to cover my baggage because the loan is 10 dollars short. Affirm could not add 10 dollars additional and one travel will not charge the 158 that's left over from the loan, which would allow me to add 10 dollars from a different card. One travel refuses to take responsibility for their mistake. I am currently on the phone for the 4th hour talking to the 3rd supervisor and he has gotten off the phone or the phones on mute because he has not responded in 40 minutes. My only option risk of losing my flight price by canceling and/or completely loose the flight or travel without baggage for My birthday. I don't understand why one travel cannot just charge the 158 and allow me to pay the 10 dollars since it's their mistake. The pictures below reflect the time I was on the phone with a one travel supervisor who would not solve the issue. I had to add the bags to another credit card or lose the baggage price and/or the entire flight. This is not good business practices. There should always be a way to solve a problem that you caused that does not impact the customer. I called one travel customer service number at *******828 first, then I was advised to contact their customer line at *******266! In this booking you can see they add the 10 dollars baggage processing fee was added after the loan was processed. The one travel receipt from affirm is 783.88 the proof of purchase receipt was sent after with a 10-dollar baggage processing fee. I will also report to the better business bureau (BBB)!

Booked me a flight to overseas with Qatar Airlines. They did not mention anywhere that im allowed one luggage only until I ended up paying $200 out of my pocket. This matter did not resolved with the airline since they blame everything on the travel agent. Seems like the buy the flight cheap but extra expenses are passing out to the traveler.
I purchased tickets to Greece and Italy before the pandemic hit. They proceeded to leave me on hold for more than 50 hours over the next two years, and refuse to refund my money, or give me a credit. The few bits of information I got our of them was that the airline, Iberia, refused to respond. Well, Iberia said the same about them. I saved for 5 years for that trip. They told her that the flight is changed to 31 Oct and I don't get any notification about that and

It took 3 days for someone to get back to me, only to find out that nothing was ever done. I lost my money to these people. NEVER AGAIN!

No customer service at all. On hold for 2 hours. I was given number by agent Diego *******943) to contact them directly but it was automated service that hung up on me. It was not one time but several times that we were on wait for customer service agent for at least hour and half. They can't add baggage over the phone. I spoke with them to book my wife's flight, they were able to book then. When flight schedule changed, they want my wife's authorization to contact them. Just real pain in the butt to talk with them. I know they are from India name Diego, Rebecca. Where in the World an Indian name like that.
Now I am on the phone and customer support is saying that, she didn't receive any email, and put me on hold. With no resolution at all
We've been waiting for over a year (tickets that were purchased in January 2020) to receive our refund from this site. Tickets that were purchased and could not be used due to COVID were never refunded or credited till this day. We've been writing to them on daily basis and keep receiving generic bot like replies, urging us to "bear with them" or " be patient", well we lost our patience already used by this site to its maximum. We paid large sums of money that they keep holding for their own reasons. I can't even say this site has customer support. STAY AWAY! There are many similar service providers out there that will offer similar prices with better customer support and respect to their paying customers.

I have never had a problem with onetravel until recently. I purchased a ticket online couple months ago only to find out it would be hell. My flight would constantly change and I'd have the call and confirm because the layovers would change from 2 hours to 14 hours. This was not just one time, every time I try to fix my booking it says the airline has changed the times. I have wasted over 52 hours out of my time to stay on hold and talk to you guys. I'am happy to inform I will never ever be giving you guys business any longer. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, and the people answering my calls are not trained properly. Thanks for everything. I continue to call and review my booking because it changes weekly.

One way travel gave me the runaround on a cancelled flight for a whole year until one day they told me this was the last day I can get my money back they called the airline and told me that I couldn't get my money back I called the airline and they told me that they didn't even file a claim and they'd be more and happy to give me my money back as soon as they filed a claim Probably spent 8 to 10 hours on the phone with them very shady people I have never ever had this happen to me the way they did it to me be very careful this company and the people that help you. They are dishonest and are scammers.
Last year I bought tickets to fly overseas on March 19,2020 which was during the pandemic and after the government implemented the travel ban. Before the travel date I tried to contact OneTravel to cancel the tickets but the office was closed and an automated message directed me to the airline. I tried to contact the airline and the automated message said that I had a year to use the tickets. Fast forward one year and I still can't use the tickets and have been told by OneTravel that the tickets have no value because the outbound flight took off. I have explained that, even thought the flight took off, there was a travel ban in place and I would not have been able to return home. OneTravel will not refund the tickets.
