Worst experience I've ever had with purchasing flights. Their advertising sucks especially for Canadians as they do not tell you it's in American prices until you get your bank statement and it's way more than you expected. You can find cheaper flights on FlightHub and they do not make you pay for your seats. While I was checking out it did not give me an option to not pay for my seats and when I had called customer service they said there was an option. That's just the first lie that I was told. I spent two hours on the phone with them because they said they would help me out, they came back with another flight that was way more expensive. Which they wasted my time for them to give me an even more expensive flight. They gave me a refund on my seats but couldn't compensate the American to Canadian dollar because it was not in their control. Fair. Although I was still upset about the second lie they had told me. No where on the site does it say it's in American prices and as a new customer it can be misleading. When I brought this concern to their attention, they told me that it states it on the top of the website while you are booking your flights. I sent them screenshots proving that it does not state it and I was told that they will be in contact with management so future customers won't have the same issue which is great for future customers but as I booked these flights almost a month ago I checked the site the other day to see if there were any changes and there is not. They do not care about their customers and I've been emailing them about my concern and every time it is a different person telling me the same thing the last person had already said even though I've provided more information each time. I don't even think they actually go through the emails properly for them to understand how upset I am. Please save yourselves from booking here, you do not want to have to experience this and this is me trying to save future customers from making the mistake by choosing One Travel for "cheaper flights".
Purchased tow flight tickets to Nicaragua just before the pandemic started... the airlines cancelled my flights and indicated that One travel will process my refund... after two years and tons of emails and promises... this has still not happened at press time... these people are scammers and cannot be trusted... please do not book your flights with them...

We are currently working with the airline for confirmation on the refund they have advised was processed.
I schedule a flight, then they called me offering a premium package if I want to change or cancel my trip, I accepted. Then when I tray to change, they tried to charge me more, I told them that I payed for the premium package, they said no, that is not for that, I canceled my booking and it is not refundable, tried to book another one using the credit for the cancelled one, but this time I cannot change anything, or I have to pay more. I expend almost $us600, for a trip that I could buy for less than $300. Never again with this company.
This is resolved customer feels she could spend 300.00 however the fare add collect was much higher for the dates they needed, plus they also had to pay the change fee.

Unfortunately I did a bad review because after 7 years flying with OneTravel this is the second time I had no answer. First I missed my flight because I had COVID they never refund me. Second I bought a very expensive ticket for my mommy she felt, went to the hospital Had a surgery the accident happened on the way to the airport. They only decided helped me after I wrote a Review. Thy called and said the company will review the documents. I am Brazilian o know the law and I worked and that company 13 years I know they have to refund. The OneTravel didn't do anything they only tells me "waiting the airline " that's not true I called the airline and they said the OneTravel has to refund me as soon as possible if I have proof so it's not true because the COVID is take longer. They also said I can rebook this ticket paying $450 charger by the airline ( this is not true) plus the difference of the price and I can use this ticket only until April date that I bought the ticket, but the flight it was on July. That's ridiculous they don't care about their Clients.
Please don't buy in this app the sell the ticket cheap but if something happens you are going to loose your money.

Because the airline holds the funds only they can authorize a refund from their company. The request has been submitted to them and we are currently waiting for their response.
They made me wait on hold for an hour, and then refused to give me a full refund for a flight that was cancelled. Do not use this company.
Worst worst worst ever experience of my life. Very cheap company with no customer service. I booked a flight with them and they didn't issue the ticket, I waited, called company million times, transfered from one place to another and after multiple day and multiple hours on phone, ticket is still not issued and credit card is charged. Onetravel is some extreme level low life company. If you want peace of mind and don't want to waste your money then stay away from this company.

Worst experience of my life! Never ever use this travel agency. Missed my flight due to the airline and when the airline told me to get my refund from the travel agency they hung up on all my calls and still have yet to issue me a refund.

After faking my booking and taking my money they did eventually give back my money.
But the effort, time, and money traveling and preparing to fly with Covid requirements as well, also the letdown to my whole family not being able to fly can never be re-inbursed.
The flow-on letdown has now left my wife and daughter stranded in another country while I had to borrow money to fly home to Australia to work and find more money to help continue our journey back home. Why take my money if the tickets weren't really validated? It took them 4 days to take the money out after the plane flew.
I hounded them for a full 3 days asking their stupid computer where are my tickets before the plane flew.
I eventually found a hidden phone number so I called it and the message was it was closed... after hours 2 pm est.
Do they know planes fly 24/7... My advice is to book direct Not with This Flight agent, which I did by mistake. OneTravel 2/10...
One travel booked me through Japan changing airports which is not allowed. Then their customer service refused to fix the issue. I called airline which was ticketed and all they asked is onetravel call them and they would assist in fixing the issue and one travel customer service refused.
Booked flight from BOI to LAX 06/27/22 departing 06/29/22 to return on 07/02/22. On the return flight booking One Travel has return departure on 07/02/22 but due to long layover during stop in SFO flight does not actually arrive until in BoI until 12:23pm on 07/03/22. Absolutely the worst flight booking ever experienced on the internet.
No thanks ever again ONE TRAVEL.
