WHEN YOU ASK TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN ANOTHER DEPARTMENT THEY NEVER TRANSFER YOU.THEY ALWAYS PUT YOU ON HOLD FOREVER. THEY DONT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY IT GOES BY AS CHEAP AIR OR ONE-TRAVEL
Easy to use, List of options was extensive and navigation of the website was very easy even for someone who is not too conversant with booking online.
I needed to check in & do seat assignment - their Chat Bot lied to me, adding minutes and NO HELP they just kept me on HOLD forever. TWICE this happened, I never got any help. So then they e-mailed me AFTER the FACT and asked if I still needed assistance. WHAT a joke... makes it even worse. Now they want to save face and help me after NOT helping me when I needed it... THANKS a lot ONE TRAVEL...
