Had a great experience with one flare. They were very efficient and helpful. Got an excellent cleaning company to assist and clean my house within a day.
So I used this site a while back with no luck in landing anything major, only crap jobs that nobody else would want however I was starting up so I took them on think they may lead to something else... they didn't. Anyway after speaking with a account manager he advised that he can see me quoting on jobs (every quote cost me money) and that I should keep quoting as I should be able to land decent jobs by the number of quotes I'm doing... this never happened, seems like it was costing me more than I was actually making so my jobs didn't even cover themselves. Anyway I called him back to complain and they offered me some free credits, so I gave it another go. I had also purchased more credits with no luck. I thought I would give the site a break as I had some other work come up, I have now slowed down and thought I would give it a go again knowing i still had credits. Anyway thinks got annoying after finding out that credits that I had purchased have a expiry date... really annoying, this site is only bad for making the owner money and not helping out business. Stay away you will only get ripped off
Fairly quick turnaround on the need for a solicitor for property purchase. Bids were reasonably priced and I ended up going with one of them. They only seem to cover a fraction of the market though.
What a quick turn around, I placed in what I wanted and it did not take long for my phone to start ringing, then they made sure I was happy with my service. Great site! Thank you for your help.
Stuart Frost photographer replied to my ad and came to take photos of my holiday accommodation venue in Yungaburra, he spent all day getting the best possible shots; a couple of days later he sent me the photos, they are perfect, the price very reasonable; I highly recommend Stuart to all.

This site was great. Had an urgent job that needed doing. Found an electrician very quickly at the right price. Couldn't have done it without Oneflare.
The good:
* You can definitely make extra income and generate leads with repeat business but it's more rare in my field and then there's the frustrating experience of quoting, see below:
The bad:
* Clients are not told that quoting costs us money, when you consider the quoting fee, travel expenses & time it is simply not worth it for smaller jobs. A lot of the time it's a stab in the dark experience where the client won't even respond after seeing the quote resulting in a financial loss.
* Having to blind compete with others on quoting makes it impossible to even get a reply from clients and unless you're quoting first you may not stand a chance.
* Clients don't always submit a review or complain that they can't find the link. Once you sent the reminder there's no option to re-send it again through the system.
I understand it's a business model but compared to say Airtasker you can't help but feel ripped off when your credits are lost when a client has simply 'seen' your quote. Yes Airtasker has it's share of issues but at least you only get charged when you actually complete a job. How about we have half of our credits returned instead in such cases and give us an incentive to quote more..

I'm glad to hear that you've been having some success with Oneflare.
In regard to customers not knowing you pay a fee to quote, we completed a survey recently where the vast majority of customers reported they assumed the businesses paid to quote on their jobs. However, I will be sure to pass this on to the correct teams so we can consider increasing awareness about this with customers.
If you ever have a customer who's having issues writing a review, please let us know and we can help them get it posted. The reason we only allow one review request per job is because we don't want businesses to be seen to be harassing customers with multiple of these email requests. However, you're more than welcome to send them another request for a review via the customer's contact details we've provided you if you'd like.
The difference between Airtasker and Oneflare is that Airtasker charges commission for every job you complete whereas Oneflare charges a connection fee for each lead, this system allows us to keep this fee low and competitive whilst also providing refunds for jobs that don't go ahead and refunds for unresponsive customers if you're a Featured business. I hope your success continues and improves with Oneflare, thankyou again for all your awesome feedback.
Oneflare made it surprisingly easy to get in contact with removalists, and followed up to make sure I'd found one I was happy with. Minimal input required but some results!

I needed a videographer and I got three high quality leads - chose one and ended up being quoted a few thousand dollars less than the big studios. Will have to see how they deliver but hopeful!
I have done a couple now, very quick turn around. Was very impressed with time frame in which the quotes came back. I have now used them to place orders so far has been a good experience.

ONLY 1 business contacted me by phone. The rest were in some way available through some silly system via my mobile phone. I do Not have a smart phone so could not use the silly system. I did however find a cleaner BY PUTTING AN AD UP ON MY LOCAL SUPERMARKET NOTICE BOARD. Very satisfied with that system. VERY unhappy with onefart or whatever you're called

I'm sorry we couldn't connect you with more businesses for your job. There are a number of key factors for why jobs receive quotes, namely the type of job and area it's posted in. Sometimes the businesses in your area are already fully booked for when you need the job done.
I'll be sure to pass along your feedback regarding the usability of the platform, you can also use the system via your computer if you'd rather not use it on your phone.
Good service but only received one response so far and more expensive than I expected.
I did not contact the provider as fee was more than alternative.
Rates are still not competitive, this is probably due to the timing of the request. All the rates offered were higher than what you could get independently
A painter Lolite Painting Services (name of the painter is Kifayat) whom I found on Oneflare never turned up to do the job. Kifayat inspected the site on Tuesday 1st December, quoted and confirmed the job for $200. We agreed on the price and then booked for Saturday 5th December at 7am. He never bothered to call or show up to the job. I even bought paint for him to use. After getting up at 6:30am to get prepared, I then waited until 7:30am for Kifayat. After he did not show up or call me, I tried to phone him 2 times and left 2 voicemails but he never answered his phone. I also sent him 3 text messages on Saturday between 7:30am and 8am. Kifayat never responded to even apologise! After 8am on Saturday morning, I finally gave up and sent him a text saying don't bother, and that the job is cancelled. I found this business to be very unreliable and unprofessional. Worst experience and extremely frustrating. Tried to write a review on Oneflare's site about him and they rejected it. Very unfair.

I think oneflare need to be investigated for creating fake leads to earn money.
Every lead i have paid for i get no response and they don't answer the phone.

Our credits last for 3 months (6 months for the 200 credit packs), with no monthly expiry, so whether it's a busy month or a slow week, you can quote as much or as little as you like with no minimum commitment.
