Pathetic customer service, ticket no **************086, order no *******, paypal case id PP-R-GUH-******* i orderd a watch which was faulty, it had a screw missing and its not charging up, when i try to return it, their pathetic customer service did't listen, and thier fraud paypal partners are also supporting them, by not listening to the customer feedback, i lost usd 37.15 to them, request you to don't lose your hard earned money to these frauds

I ordered Milwaukee sockets because you can not buy them in the stores. They came as described and pictured. When I had a question and called customer service they were very friendly and willing to help. Sometimes befor they ship your stuff they may send you an email to verify you are the person who ordered. They just want to make sure someone else did not make a big order with your card. It's easy and takes about a minute, and is actually a good thing. So just watch your emails. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Tip for consumers:
If you do not get your email with tracking number right away. Keep watch they may send you a email to verify you made the purchase. They try to look out for their customers and make sure someone else did not make a large purchase with their card with out their knowledge

I found this company online and they had a great price on the De Walt pole saw. I ordered it and was very pleased with the speed it was delivered and in excellent conduction. I am a owner to many De Walt tools, and this one is an addiction to my line.
The construction of the pole saw is as I would expect from De Walt, great, every stronger then I even expected. I am sure this saw will last many years as all my other De Walt tools.
I ordered a set of (3) 13" diamond saw blades and received only two with a slip of paper stating the order was split. It has been over two weeks and no additional contact has occurred. UPDATE: I contacted them and they promptly gave me a refund for missing portion of the order.
Tip for consumers:
No customer service number- waste of time ordering product sets that didn't show up in time for project. No contact info (not even the company name) and no invoice inside of shipment let alone when the remainder would arrive. Value and shipping rated low since the shipment was incomplete. They were back ordered but refunded the cost of the remaining item. The diamond coating is easily removed by hand while abraiding ceramic pots- seems like fairly low quality 1/3 of diamonds gone in one day.
