Bought $ 357.00 worth of Milwaukee tools and was shorted a 2-1/2" hole saw still waiting 3 months later.

Battery died after 2 months, no customer support, Amazon said contact Milwaukee, Milwaukee said contact Amazon. No one taking accountability and responsibility, now have paper weight instead of a battery

I ordered a heated hoodie. When it arrived it did not work properly. Had to send it back.ita been 2 week since I sent back and i still haven't been refunded so I not only don't have the product or my money. Very poor customer service. Buyer beware. Purchase milwaukee tool products elsewhere

Came on time and with all the tools I ordered! Keeping this short and sweet. Couldn't ask for more than a company keeping their word which is rare these days!

The radio is small and pretty light. About 20 lbs. I work in a very open and loud area and was concerned with the volume of the speaker/ radio. It is loud enough and still has volume available. Would recommend to a friend.

Ordered products 3 days later still was not shipped. They could not give me an answer of when it would be shipped. Canceled my $650 order. I did receive a quick refund

I broke my hose for my m18 vacuum. I went to the red store website and they had the replacement hose.

Fast and easy! I ordered some Milwaukee Tools and found it to be the best price around. It was shoot fast and well packaged and I have no problems with this company!

Went to Home Depot, the Milwaukee M18 pole saw was $349 tool only. Red tool store has it for $299 which came with a battery, the battery home depot was selling for $199.00. Red tool store saved me a lot of money, shipping time was manageable, and they offer different payment methods which was nice.

Ordered the milwakee rechargeable flash lights. On sale, great price. Great delivery. Would order there again.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Will not refund shipping cost and will not do exchanges. And you have to pay shipping cost back to them. I will never again use them. No one knows what they are doing and every time you try and reach out to someone for help you get a different answer. If you do have to to a return better save all emails and document everything so you can prove what they have said to you. Because as a customer here you are ALWAYS wrong! Don't even think about ordering from here run the other way! I wish I would have!

I feel bad for the people who had negative reviews.
I ordered two items from this site and my TWO 3/8" Hex hole-saw extensions came quickly. Not to mention, they had best prices.

I received exactly what I ordered at the great price and earlier than originally expected. My husband told me I was most likely getting scammed because of the price, he made me nervous. I called the customer service number and after a brief hold spoke to a really nice representative who told me everything shipped and gave me the fedex number. I will definitely buy from them again. They are legit.

Excellent delivery time,products were exactly what I needed. Website easy to use, easily made my payment. Will definitely buy more from them. Great job Red Tool!

The only complaint I have was that it took over two weeks to ship, it got delayed because the shipping label was not readable
