I meant to order from milwaukee, somehow ended up at redtoolstore.com. I ordered a heated milwaukee base skin for $168.53. When my confirmation email was sent I realized I ordered from somewhere that was NOT milwaukee tool so I quickly tried to contact them to cancel the order. I didnt get a response for 2 days. I was told the item shipped and that I'd have to wait for them to recieve it back to get my refund. They recieved it back and never refunded me. I was told the refund would process is 3-5 days but it never came. I called and a lady who called herself Hannah told me they processed the refund October 12th. I didn't even order it until december so that right there was a lie. I'm out almost $200 because I didnt pay more careful attention to who I was purchasing from. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
I ordered Milwaukee cordless tool bundles August 4,2021. Never received the products and the email receipt stated the order would be coming from China. Had to file a PayPal dispute claim. Still waiting for a resolution.

I ordered a pole saw kit from these misfits. It was 20 dollars cheaper than other places. Good deal? Wrong! They shipped me a weed trimmer. Contacted them and they said sorry. They would send a return label and I could return the product and then they would ship the correct tool. I live out in the country, and after spending several hours trying to find someone to ship the wrong product I ended up calling FEDEX to come and pick it up. Asked Red Tool for some type of compensation, they said they would send the correct tool when they received the wrong tool back, Oh how generous! Now I will be waiting 2-3 weeks after waiting a week to get the wrong tool. Highly recommend spending the extra 20 dollars and getting from a reputable company.
I recently purchased a Milwaukee Panel Saw from Home Depot and discovered that Home Depot could not get the additional parts that I needed. I discovered the Red Tool Store and they had exactly what I needed. All of the items arrived before my saw did and I was impressed by the packaging: the parts were appropriately protected without excessive packaging but enough to make sure nothing was damaged in transit. Will order from Red Tool Store again!
Bought a 7 piece Milwaukee tool set for $98 and I never got a response from them finally PayPal got a tracking number for a package weighing 5.4 lbs and it went to another address. There's no phone number and their email is undeliverable. Complete scam don't buy from them!
I placed an order for $100 but never received the tools so I contacted this company & was told that USPS tracking shows it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to our house so now I have no tools & I'm out $100. Red Tool Store refused to reship the tools or reimburse me. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! IT'S A SCAM!
We ordered a chainsaw. Paid through PayPal. Tracking says the item was delivered in our mailbox. A chainsaw is NOT going to fit in our mailbox and we have NEVER heard back from the seller. Still disputing through PayPal. Ridiculous! Buyer beware!

I saw an advertisement on the red tool store website and ordered 2 items. There was a delay in shipping so I called to see what was up. After talking to the customer service person I was informed that I was not getting what I ordered and that there was a mistake in the advertisement. So I called back and talk to a manager and she informed me that there going to refund my money and return the shipment back to their company. And I said that you need to honour the advertisement. She then said no we don't. I then asked for her name or badge/ employee #. She said that she is not comfortable giving any information to me and abruptly hung up on me.
I purchased an item from Red Tool Store; the item said it was in stock when the purchase was made. A few days later I received an email from Red Tool Store stating the item I purchased was on backorder for 3-4 months. I checked Red Tool Store's website and the item I purchased still said it was in stock, but it showed a higher price.
I then called Red Tool Store to ask if they had the item I purchased in stock; the representative confirmed that the item was in stock. I gave the Red Tool Store representative my order number and told them I received an email from them stating the item was out of stock.
The Red Tool Store representative said that the item I purchased, at the price I purchased the item, was out of stock, but if I wanted to pay the higher price (the now advertised price for the item on their website), they could fulfill my order right away.
The representative then said they agreed that this seemed unethical, so they would call their management and call me back that same day.
4 days later I still hadn't received a call back from Red Tool Store, so I decided to call them again. I explained my situation to the second representative, who placed me directly on hold for 45 minutes and then proceeded to hang up on me.
Please keep in mind I was calm through every conversation with the Red Tool Store representatives I talked to.
I called back a third time and calmly explained the situation to a third Red Tool Store representative.
This third representative was the most helpful; he explained that it was common business practice for Red Tool Store to sell an item as "in stock" at a low price and then put it on backorder; followed by raising the price of that same item and fulfilling orders at higher prices right away.
I believe they do this to try and get people to pay higher prices than advertised for items; it seems to be a way for Red Tool Store to generate sales when needed.
Do to these unethical business practices, I will never buy from, nor recommend buying from Red Tool Store.
This company was very quick and easy to deal with. They answered my shipping questions very quickly as well.
Advertising on line did not give me what I purchased. SDS hammer drill shown with hard case and was sent with a contractor bag.
I ordered an M12 heated jacket kit. It arrived a day early and was exactly what I wanted. Also, Red Tool Store sold it $50 cheaper than "big box stores". I was so happy I ordered 2 more jackets for Christmas presents.
They are a 100 percent scam. Dont do it look up the address! They are scamming people! I had to cancel my credit card because of this! Look up the address the address and ask them when you call them what it is it's fake. They are not at #4 Las vegas Nv.
When I reached out to customer service rep, she was beyond curtious, and helpful, she went well above, and beyond, to help me with all I needed. I only rated four stars because I was not too crazy about shipping times, I don't know, Maybe I've just gotten too used to that other site, but for the most part all went very well, and the item I purchased is so very much beyond impressive, no complaints what-so-ever, MILWAUKEE part #2852-22. All I can say is the tool has the most breaking torque of any 3/8 drive cordless impact gun I've ever seen 600lbs off, and 450lbs on some 1/2 inch air guns don't have that power

Only place nationally I could find this red hot item and it was my first time shopping from the Red Tool Store. Love the product, people were very helpful during my call will definitely. If I were to give anything less then five stars it would be on the shipping company. I watched the package and it took 4 days longer then it was suppose to, if was suppose to be delivered on a Friday and didnt arrive until the following Tuesday. Worth the wait but like a little kid waiting for Santa to arrive.

Answer: I ordered. I got exactly what was pictured and described. When I had a question and called customer service they were very friendly and willing to help. I will definitely be ordering from them again, as some of the milwakee items I want you can only buy online.
Answer: I choose Red Tool Store because they items I wanted can only be purchased on line. And they had a great deal on them. I wanted 2 items and together they were cheaper.
