I tried to order some battery powered Milwaukee tools I was a bit skeptical because it seemed like a really good deal. And sure enough they charged me $310.78 after about two weeks of no email updates or shipping confirmation they sent me an email stating that my order was canceled and I would be issued a refund within 5 to 7 days. And of course no refund emailed them multiple times with no response. This store is a big scam Do not waste your time or money you will regret it.

I found this company online and they had a great price on the De Walt pole saw. I ordered it and was very pleased with the speed it was delivered and in excellent conduction. I am a owner to many De Walt tools, and this one is an addiction to my line.
The construction of the pole saw is as I would expect from De Walt, great, every stronger then I even expected. I am sure this saw will last many years as all my other De Walt tools.

Best price out there. Items were shipped and received fast. Very good communication via email. Would buy from them again. Overall a good experience.

This is NOT your typical vendor. You might be getting a great price but beware. They are going to ship the product from a different vendor and it is going to have someone else's name on the boxes. What you are going to get in these boxes I do not know as I refused mine, when I received two big boxes from Chewy addressed to someone I did not know and I had not ordered anything from Chewy I sent it back. I did receive a refund but it was a huge hassle and I had to start all over buying dog food. Good luck to you if you use this company!

I ordered a Bosch router and straight edge fence combo from them through Google. After 6 days, I get an email notifying me they cancelled my order with no explanation or even apology. Melitawillstore still has the item listed for sale, but now at a $9 higher price. Seems like a terrible decision to cancel a customer order after a week without any explanation, but especially when the product is still listed for sale.

Used this site for the first time; purchased a Dewalt Compound Sliding Miter saw. Had searched multiple online and local "big box" stores and Mellitawillstore had the best pricing and shipping was free. I had a couple of questions prior to ordering and their customer service group was extremely quick in responding and even followed up to make sure that I had received their email responses.
Completely satisfied! Will be checking their site for many future purchases.

I placed an order for a set of Cooper discoverer a/t tires. Hadn't got a confirmation or shipping information from them after 5 to 7 Days contacted the company and two days later they canceled my order. W. T. F. would not recommend or deal with these people and after looking them up on what they say is their address becomes a t-shirt printing shop. Sounds like a scam website to me and on top of it all would really like to know what they're doing with my credit card info. BUYER BEWARE!

I was actually worried about this site after I placed my order because it seemed like too good of a deal, but it showed quickly and exactly as advertised. I'd definitely use them again.

I purchased from this site, it looked good and had no bad reviews online. Item never shipped and we started receiving tons of charges on our CC from overseas!

SCAM stay away!

Purchased set of 4 tires with price well below average and free shipping, since store had no physical presence in my state and I did not had to pay sales tax. My savings if compare to ordering locally were at least $200-$300.
There were no hidden fees or charges. Return and exchange policy was reasonable and fair.
Ordering via website was simple with multiple payment options, confirmation email arrived right away.
A bit of downside was delayed update on my account order page, but inquiry via contact form received immediate response with updated information.
Shipping was via FedEx and tracking numbers arrived only 3 days after order was placed. I consider this to be pretty good, since most product like tires are being ordered and delivered from manufacturer or wholesaler, delays are common. This was not the case at all.
Will be checking this on-line store first for something they carry in my future purchases.

Bought a tire from them a good bit cheaper than their competitors, enough so I was a little leary. The tire was exactly what I wanted, in perfect shape and it arrived very quickly. I will definitely shop with them again.

I bought a cordless ratchet in 20% less than in home depot store. In home depot was $98; in MELITAWILLSTORE just $78. Go to melitawillstore buy any item in online store and BE PATIENT. In 3 to 5 business days the item is going to be shipped, once shipped they send you an email asking you to let the them know that you received the good. Very pleased

Well, I took a chance and ordered a garage door opener and like others have stated already it arrived in about a week. No shipping confirmation email nor communication but I did get a notification from FedEx about 3 day before it arrived. Order tracking on their webite still shows being processed lol. Had no idea what was shipped since I had multiple items being delivered. I'm happy with the item and it was new and authentic. Website could be a bit more user friendly but at the end you do get a great deal with free shipping and no taxes ( to Texas). Thank you Melitawillstore!

Like most everyone else who panned this company I ended up "purchasing" a power tool at significant discount through their website only to discover that after five days of waiting for my purchase to be initially processed nothing had transpired. When I inquired (only available through email--their phone lines are inaccessible) about availability I was told that my order was cancelled.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to purchase merchandise from more reputable and honest vendors. This company does not fit that mold, unfortunately.

I have a senior dog and his vitamin I give him keeps creeping up in price. I found this site that saves me a nice amount. I got my order in timely manner and packed perfect! No issues at all! They found a customer that is sticking with them! Very happy!

I ordered 2 tires I need for my car at a savings of $32.00 per tire under the lowest price anywhere. They were tax free as well as free shipping and on my door in three days. This company is legit and the bomb. Going to order two more soon. Can't beat their deals.
