The impact wrench didn't work as expected. This is my second one of these, after the bolt seems to be loose in this it seems to disengage and won't remove that bolt all the way. The one I had before I really like. Same number, same model.

My order was moderately delayed and I was a little confused by the tracking information. So I reached out to them to see if they knew what was happening. They got back to me promptly, were very apologetic (even though I don't think they had any control of the package in transit), and provided an unnecessarily generous discount.
My package happened to arrive the next day.
I was very happy with the quality of my purchase as well as the customer service I received. I will be a returning customer.

Digital Zakka's delivery was fine. They replaced an out-of-stock item with another model that is supposedly more feature rich. But the replacement clock is unusable because it flashes back and forth with time and temperature (I'm not interested in temp) and that cannot be disabled that I can find. It runs on a 24 hour clock, which for me is fine, we just didn't know. You cannot switch between degrees Celsius and degrees Fahrenheit, which is okay because I don't care about temp, but should have been identified in the product description. So, 3 stars for getting a product to me, but now I have a clock that can only use in a place where I can tolerate the non-stop flashing (the garage, maybe?).

Items are shipped from China but this seller does not tell you that before you purchase! I would never have made a purchase if I knew this before purchasing!

Excellent service - delivery and ordering.

One thing that you may be able to help me with - my car is Australian and the depth of the cigarette lighter input must be greater than the usable length of the charger terminal. When pushed in to maximum depth, it does not reach the contact point needed to provide the 12 v charge - in fact there is no charge - rendering the item useless. Can you assist?

Digital Zakka gave an excellent service and delivery. I ordered it from Spain and I was hoping I was purchasing a camera that was manufactured in America, but there was no surprise when I found out that it was made in China. There is no manufacturers warranty where I'd expect one of at least 12 months so I'm not expecting it to last at all. There's no inventory on the instructions about what all the parts are. Some of the grammar isn't right and there are spelling mistakes. It's really quite brief. A lot of the display icons aren't named which makes it difficult to navigate. You can only download recordings if your computer is at least 2 Ghz which mine isn't so I've had to buy a new one. I haven't had a proper chance to use it properly yet, but it doesn't look too bad. I hope it allows me to do the work I want before it snaps.
