My order was moderately delayed and I was a little confused by the tracking information. So I reached out to them to see if they knew what was happening. They got back to me promptly, were very apologetic (even though I don't think they had any control of the package in transit), and provided an unnecessarily generous discount.
My package happened to arrive the next day.

Digital Zakka gave an excellent service and delivery. I ordered it from Spain and I was hoping I was purchasing a camera that was manufactured in America, but there was no surprise when I found out that it was made in China. There is no manufacturers warranty where I'd expect one of at least 12 months so I'm not expecting it to last at all. There's no inventory on the instructions about what all the parts are. Some of the grammar isn't right and there are spelling mistakes. It's really quite brief. A lot of the display icons aren't named which makes it difficult to navigate. You can only download recordings if your computer is at least 2 Ghz which mine isn't so I've had to buy a new one. I haven't had a proper chance to use it properly yet, but it doesn't look too bad. I hope it allows me to do the work I want before it snaps.
