I want to give the lady in Wynnewood pa a good review. She has very good customer service. I am big on customer service. She is very sweet.
Horrible when they deliver to wrong house and then customer service refuses to listen and says it's not due to be delivered yet! So instead of checking status of delivery and checking photos from courier that clearly show it was delivered to wrong address,They decline to contact courier and arrange for pick up and delivery to right address. Company is to cheap to pay for a decent courier. I will never shop here again! Pure garbage service!
What happened to Old Navy? It used to be a place to buy cute, well-fitting basics for reasonable prices. The choices now are just plain ugly and short-lived trendy. My last straw is a pair of powersoft leggings that WILL NOT stay in place. Good thing I wore them around the house first because I could NEVER wear them to work out. I bought them despite not being able to read reviews as they would not download after multiple attempts I might send them back even though I already washed them, they are that bad. My recommendation? Hire better buyers, hire an experienced web developer, and backburner the social justice stuff.
Be aware that it takes 10 business days after they recieve your return! Why so long after they recieved the return, no one can provide an answer to that question. The length of time is stupid ridiculous since from time you send it back, they recieve the return and refund actually takes 20 days or more! If you don't mind waiting about a month for your money back then order away! Personally, I won't order online from them ever again!
Tip for consumers:
Old Navy has a horrible return policy for the fact it can take an entire month to recieve your refund.
I received an online order today from Old Navy.com. It was defective as they call it.
The jacket had damage that was obviously not caused by shipping. I therefore believe someone at warehouse/store decided to ship a defective item. Plainly they couldn't sell it in a store, so decided to ship it to an online customer who couldn't preview the item. I was offered a return. And had to pull teeth to get an exchange. Then, thank goodness that I checked to see if the store had it in stock before driving to make the exchange. They would have allowed me to go to the store then get told there that the item was not in stock. So again they offered a mail in exchange. I don't think I will shop here again.
Tip for consumers:
I really like these guys, but to ship an item that is defective. Really upsets me
Old Navy has gotten quite expensive with their merchandise. The shipping is $5 and $7 and is not refunded when you return an item. These are the reasons I am looking elsewhere now.
I like the general quality of the clothing and this is the only reason I continue to shop with Old Navy. The APP is exasperating! Customer service, the same. Shipping is extraordinarily slow. 3 day shipping is actually more like 10 days to 2 weeks! Dobt bother paying for expedited shipping! You'd be better off dumping your money down the toilet! Try calling for help? LOL! You'll hold forever, get disconnected and nothing gets resolved. You're not able 5o view the Customer reviews either! What's going on Old Navy?
I have ordered from Old Navy for years and their return policy as long as I can remember has been 45 days. But recently, it apparently changed to 30 and I hadn't placed an order in a few months and was unaware of the change, so when I went online to start a return I was not allowed and customer service would not allow a 1-time courtesy. I understand policy changes, but I think a 1-time courtesy would be excellent customer service, which Old Navy used to provide, but not anymore. It looks like I won't be spending my hard-earned dollars with them anymore.
I had an item that I purchased as a Christmas gift for my disabled sister. It was too big. I bought it in December 2022. I went to exchange it in a store in Huntsville AL. I was told it was outside the return window. There was nothing they would do. So then I assumed with such a strict return policy that they would have some type of donation plan set up. Nope. As a large company I would expect them to donate items like this to local charities.
This item was 3 days over the 30 day window.
I have deleted their app and will no longer shop there.
In this day and age with everything being so expensive, people being homeless and so much needed in our world. Big corporations, such as the Gap should be taking this seriously. Maybe set up some type of charitable contribution for returned items? I will shop at more responsible retailers in the future.
Tip for consumers:
Check their return policy when purchasing a gift
I bought a bunch of jeans for my son and clothes for myself. I earned two $50 super cash coupons. I could only use one on my next order. I do not shop that regularly. I lost the other one. Later I saw on my account something about converting the cash to points or something. I don't see that openely explained anywhere. I've lost cash I earned. Why don't they allow a person to use their super cash at the same time or at least give the option?

I have always ordered from Old Navy and love their clothes. The past few weeks I have ordered over $500 worth of clothes, mostly including jeans and sweaters for work. Unfortunately none of my packages arrived like they said they would and when I contacted customer service all they said was that my packages got lost so I need to repurchase all of my items. This is absolutely ridiculous and a lot of money spent on clothes to "be lost." I will not be purchasing from Old Navy anymore and terrible customer service.
Well I had a $10 reward I tried to use it I didn't know you had to spend 25 + 2 get it it didn't say this on any place and now I can't use it after a week of trying to use it now it expired I will never ever buy anything from this company again not good customer service...
So, I ordered 4 items from Old Navy for a cruise I go on this week and received ONE of those items but did NOT receive the other three today in my package. Instead, I received TWO items I DID NOT order and that were incorrectly placed in my package.
When I spoke to a representative and their supervisor, these were the only options that Old Navy was willing to offer:
1. Issue a return for the incorrect items that I did not even order and once that is received THEN I could get credit for the items that I ordered but never received as promised by their order confirmation and shipping confirmation.
2. Charge me a SECOND time for the items I originally ordered (and already paid for) and then issue me a credit for the first charge once they received their incorrectly shipped items back. After a LONG talk about the lack of customer service, they said they would expedite shipping of the items I should have received TODAY.
Note:
-They are now out of stock for a dress I originally ordered and they had in stock so even though I paid for it, they confirmed the order and shipment, I have no option of receiving the dress.
-If I had NOT BEEN HONEST, they would have issued a refund within 1-2 business days without waiting to receive the incorrectly shipped items back however, because I was honest, I now have to wait for them to get the incorrectly shipped items back before I get my refund.
My thoughts….Old Navy, your customer service policies are terrible. Old Navy policies seek to serve the company and definitely not the customer.
I was never given an option that honored my honesty, expedited the receipt of the items that I already ordered, paid for, and was confirmed as supposed to receive. Your policies are business-serving and do not honor your customers in any way and need to be re-evaluated and given some old fashioned "the customer is always right" attention. Also, you need to give your customer service representatives the freedom to help their customers with options that best serve the customer.
Ridiculous. Be warned, friends!
I paid for two day shipping. Well I am still waiting. Won't never order nothing else for Christmas.
Old navy has to have the worst online service I have ever dealt with. Their is no access to your own account number on anything they send you so you are just supposed to know you account is your credit card number. They offer no way to pay bills from their web site and send you to another website to pay your bills. The second website keeps throwing security questions and the only to places I can send to authenticate that I'm actually me is my wife's phone and my email address (that I already have to enter the app from to find the bills I have do).
I put items in my cart last night and planned to buy them today only for the price to be twice as much when there is still a supposed sale going on? Are you kidding me? I am done with this store! Not to mention their shipping cost is ridiculous and they never have the same stuff in the stores as they do online so if you really want it you have to pay.
Still waiting for an order of 2 sleepware sets for my wife. Ordered May 5 and finally got an estimated delivery date of May 28.
Frustrated that Old Navy claims to have ext3nded their available sizes to 4X. Well, if you order online maybe. In-store I found 1 3X tank top. Other than that the sizes did not go above a 2X. I am not asking for any fancy items, just run of the meal colored T-shirts. NOPE! They have cute stuff and I love the T-shirts I have that were found in store previously. Old Navy, shame on you. Tell the truth, if extended sizes are available only online, be honest and state that. If you are we going to have them available in-store, then have them in-store. I live in a large metro area with many stores. NO store within 50 Niles even has a basic colored t-shirt larger than 2X. Until you figure out how to make your marketed extended sizes available in-store, I will not be back.

Nothing in extended sizes available
They don't include the day you order it even if you order in the morning. We paid extra for 3-5 day shipping so it would get to us before our vacation. (we qualified for free shipping but chose the faster method)
They don't put estimated delivery dates when choosing delivery speed (which is ridiculous, this should be a must)
So there was no way for us to know that. Now the items aren't going to get here in time for our trip and that's the whole reason we bought them. It will all be going back, I'm very unhappy with Old Navy.com and will not be shopping online with them again.
They need to be much more responsible about shipping, people rely on this kind of thing and they've failed miserably.
The very least the customer service person should have done was offer to refund the cost of shipping since we would have gotten free shipping had we not paid for the faster speed. And at this point, we might as well have just went with free shipping. It's almost two days after we ordered, and they still have not shipped it.
The quality of the clothes is not something that I like and they advertise on their site that an item can be bought in a certain color but when you get it, it is a different color.
OLD NAVY used to be trendy and have cute things to buy no longer their clothes are so casual they look like you wear them on a farm - Old Navy has decent prices but the clothing there is boring boring and the clothing needs to be upgraded and they need a new worldwide buyer.
The clothing for woman is not feminine and the children's section is better and I have no issue with the men's fashion but the women's clothing is drab, boring and not exciting - change the buyer and select clothing that pops so people proudly say I bought that at OLD NAVY
Bought a sweater for my bf, the seams started to come apart within weeks. They refused to exchange or reform.
Not enough clothes for mens/boys seems like its more for woman/girls then for men anyways go shop at other stores
Used to love Old Navy. Over the years, the quality of the clothes has nosedived and the prices have climbed. Much of their stuff now can't survive a few passes through the washing machine. We joke that their t-shirts are disposable - wear once, throw away.
I ordered few clothes for children and selected 2-day shipping as I wanted them urgently. They were not available at any of the stores near me otherwise I would have bought it from the store. Nevertheless, two days after ordering there was no sign of my package so I called the customer support only to find out that my package had been lost by the courier and they would ship it again, thus delaying it by another 4 days cuz there was a weekend ahead. I was furious and devastated by this. Not only I was going to receive the order after the event for which I originally ordered, I had to go to children's place and purchase something immediately, which resulted in additional expenses and unnecessary stress.
Title says it all. The clothes should be cheaper and so should the shipping.
