I then found this wasn't the "actual total" as VAT now added.
Next for the real shock. I was told my unlock was ready. All I needed to do was pay another £43.99.
Apparently this in in the "small print"

Absolute rip off and a con, service saw the add for 19.99, said it would take a few hours to unlock, it took two day to do the checks. The email came back with my pre order payment that i paid. And then another fee of 39.99 was asked for. I'm not paying it I can get my local shop to do it for £20.00. SIM UNLOCK after VAT (20%) Paid (Inc. VAT) £4.00 £23.99 some investigation i found out that the number is from Bradford to a housing estate, and that the number belongs to someone else. Avoid this place. They said they can unlock my phone for 35$ Than I waited a whole 24hours to be told that I need to send an extra 99. Than I tried to get my money back which I'm entitled to back and they stopped responding or sent an automated email without addresssing my actual concern or refund.

To be honest I'm not happy with my experience I thought from what i read it was £29.99 and it took 24-48 hrs to get the phone unlocked so I paid the £29.99 upfront not knowing I had to pay another £48 just to get it unlocked :/ thanks anyway

Everything was simple so far painless. But the website quoted £15 but after I had paid the quoted fee it was then raised to £65 to continue think this made the experience very disappointing. The sim was unlocked in the time quoted.

Did not unlock my phone and refused to refund - despite a 100% refund guarantee on their website. They also charge twice - once for initial "assessment" and then the unlock. They refused to refund the assessment when the unlock was unrealistically expensive.

Says 24 hours but that's a lie I've waited 36. Emailed the contact and they replied saying they working on it. Costed 23$ Canadian. The email process says 20% and it never changes.

AVOID. SCAM. It was recommended I took the "pre-order" option which cost £23.99. This sounded about right for a phone unlock to me from the little I know about phone unlocking! I was advised this would take 1-24 hours... this took 4 days. And was only a check to see if my phone could be unlocked ‍ They wanted a further £70 to unlock my phone! They couldn't advise me why this cost so much or how they could justify the cost of the "pre-order", in fact they ignored most of my questions in all my emails and just spouted off the same nonsense over and over which was not helpful to me at all. Horrible service. Total rip off. DO NOT USE!

Hope it will unlock me from my old phone cim lockdown. Though I still cannot connect with a new cim even though I have tried all the suggestions you included. I think the phone may have a fault which was the original problem with connection to the server, although the phone works perfectly on the internet. Can't understand it may have to get a new one?

That's a total disgrace, they charge me £23.99 first time and I did give them all the details including the network that was locked on, after that they send me another email saying that amount was just a preorder and then they asked another £47.99 for the unlock code and another couple of emails between this with a gap of good hours, after 3 days I did got the unlock code, wouldn't recommend for anyone to use their services. I end up having my phone unlocked for about £80

I couldn't afford to complete the order and lost my payment of £19.99. I was disappointed with the entire w patience. I have since had the phone unlocked for free by contacting the original owner for help.

I had terrible experience with them. They charged me 23CAD. I thought it was the service charge to unlock my old cell phone. I was waiting for the unlock code, and a few days later, they sent me email it was pre order charge and if I wanted to unlock my cell phone I have to pay another 75$. I lost my 23$ without any benefit from them. They never mentioned that I had to pay more in order to get unlock code. Be careful and aware of that. They are just liar. LAIR. NEVER mentioned clearly in their web site what pre order is for. Kind of SCAM web site. Not reliable...

You will be misled to think that your device is being unlocked but in reality they are simply charging you £24 to do "NETWORK CHECKS" before further requesting extra money to actually do any unlocking.

A money hungry greedy misleading excuse of a service. Pathetic!

What I Big SCAM I paid for there service to unlock my phone it did not work then they said they'll give me a partial credit to use in the future. I will never use them in the future and not recommend them at all! SCAM

They are not selling UNLOCKING CODE, the are selling ""unlock eligibility check service"". And after, they will ask for more money. In my case I first paid 36$ and after they asked for 71$. And I bought the phone for 80$.
Don't waist your money and time, this is scam and I don't know how are the still working.
