They deliver the item purchased very fast, well you can call it instantly cause i just bought my Final Fantasy XIV Complete Edition and boom in a second i received my Activation Code. Really nice and Fast. Of course i'll go test it if the code is usable and guess what? It Work Prefectly Fine. Thank OffGamers really appreciate it. Now i can happily lock in my room without going out for this Corona Virus Outbreak.

I bought 3 CD keys from the website only to find out they were used not by me or anyone I know however due their so called investigation I am being redirected in circles. I am at a loss of money with no product and left with a terrible experience. Would not recommend.

I have rated them wrongfully in the past but it was because I thought they wouldn't sort my issue. Trust me they are the best.
I bought voucher from that website and they give vouchers pin number and try to redeem it but they canceled my voucher by miss communicate, so I requested refund and they refused refund with money.
So i just open dispute on paypal and now they threat me to close dispute and holding my money. They are 100% scammer don't waste your time on them.

Good site, but it takes long time to get the right card out of hundreds, it would be much easier if they make a logic order
Here's my breakdown:
Is it Cheap? Yes. / Is it a scam? No.
I've read a lot of reviews about getting fake and used codes. It has never happened to me (I have spent over 7k$ on this website already) but I won't say that it won't happen once in a while. It happened to me on other sites that had better reviews and so far this is the cheapest and most reliable one I found. The prices and fees are a tad bit cheaper than other websites that sell the same thing. Also, variety is good.
It the delivery fast? Sometimes.
The code delivery is fast, although sometimes they need quite a long time for processing and verification (probably a few hours to 2 days). If the items got out of stock and you paid for it, they'd refund you by adding credits to your offgamers account for future purchase, OR not always but sometimes they restock in a few days. Also, the codes are not sent via email, instead it is in their website, order section, and the order # is a link and the code should be in there unless it's a direct top up.
How is the stock?
The stock of the cards are usually pretty good and plenty for hundreds and thousands of people to buy. There are times though, that the cards are out of stock for over a month... well, this just gotta deal with it and find alternatives until they come back.
What is up with the ID verification?
Of course, there's also people complaining about the website asking for ID upload. That is something almost every game card selling website ask for to verify the payment card owner and the identity of the person buying, it is only a one time thing.
Issue?
There is a monthly purchase limit and up to now I still have no idea how much is the limit. The only way to bypass the limit is to pay via over the counter options such as western union... which is quite annoying sometimes, especially when your country's WU doesnt allow online payments.
Another issue is with contacting the support team. Other than via email there is no other way to contact them.
Overall?
A pretty good site for cheap cards. Reliable sellers, but not always perfect of course! Sometimes just gotta be patient with delivery times, and out of stock items.
Convenient for play station gift cards especially in lockdown times. Will definitely be a frequent customer

Bought an iTunes card. They accidentally gave me a google play gift card and told me to redeem it though google store. They refused to refund me for their mistake. I didn't even use that crappy key which they accidentally sent me. Will not deal with these people again as they do not prioritize their customers.
Will try to get a refund through PayPal.

Be careful ! If they sent you the wrong card they will not refund your money even if it’s not your purchase

Offgamers is a fantastic store. While I initially had issues the staff were very helpful and quick to respond. My experience so far overall has been a very positive one. The only downside is they don't seem to hold a great deal of stock and restocking takes some time. My hope is this can be resolved then it will be truly a 5 star service.
It is the first time I trusted an online retailer for my in-game purchases needs and I wouldn't want to use any other service from here onwards.

They stole over $300 almost 2 months ago and refuse to do anything about it. This is theft and fraud. Do not use these scumbags.
Response: I have given these people the order numbers, provided payment receipts multiple times and emailed them. They refuse to provide me with anything.
Don't trust these frauds and thieves. They just don't want their bad customer service shown in public, they don't actually want to help anyone or to resolve anything.
