Bought an iTunes card. They accidentally gave me a google play gift card and told me to redeem it though google store. They refused to refund me for their mistake. I didn't even use that crappy key which they accidentally sent me. Will not deal with these people again as they do not prioritize their customers.

This company is a joke they make you wait 30 minutes then tell you up to 48 hours for verification... they lie about the fees from Pay-Pal and say there are none yeah. There are $5.00 US per... they refund you back the Pay-Pal but get this it could take up to 14 days to get your cash back... meanwhile your out the money and the items... so never use this site to purchase anything... all the good reviews they have are the company itself creating fake reviews... under fictitious names... way more bad reviews than good the bad ones are from real people... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL EVER.

I have been using offgamers for over a year now I think and have had nothing but positive experiences. The first time took the longest and even that was a very short amount of time. Maybe 15 minutes. After that, every purchase is almost instantaneous!
TLDR: delayed verification due to very mediocre built-in picture scanning software
My friends all recommended me to use OffGamers, because they had the best rates, but they warned in advance of a long/delayed/frustrating verification process... I didn't think it would be that bad, so i gave it a shot.
I understand verifying the buyers' identity in case of fraud, but the built in software is complete trash. Why isn't there an option to upload photos, or a button to take the picture manually? Since the scanner automatically takes the picture, it comes out blurry or undesirable. Then due to security reasons, we cannot directly attach driver's licence to the email correspondence, which is understandable and good business practice, but further delays the verification procedure. But for a business catered towards gamers... I'm sure you know some transactions in game are time sensitive.
