Horrible customer service - they will not return your calls when you are trying to find out what happen to your order. I paid $350 and received only part of the items. The owner will not return your calls or emails. I'm going to have to dispute it on my credit card. The manager - Rebecca McKeich <*******@oceanstyles.com> - will not respond - probably because she knows she has stolen from her customers! Sad!
I ordered a comforter set that included two pillow shams, a dust ruffle, and comforter. When I recieved the order one pillow sham was missing. I attempted to contact them, however there was not even a telephone number listed. Whoever wrote the previous review is clearly lying about there experience considering you cannot even contact this company by telephone, it was obviously written by the sleezebag who owns this company. Lthe middle of June, and I am still yet to recieve any information from Ocean Styles regarding how they are going to accomodate me. There is a no return policy and I am fed up give me my money back you scum bag. Do not shop here EzzvER, they will scam you.
