Don't give them your number! Since yesterday I have gotten calls from over 30 different numbers. The first call I got, I did get signed up with a local company who hooked me up with a great policy. However, after that, my phone has rung every 10-15 minutes. I'm going to have to change my number. You're better off taking a few minutes to research local companies than using this site!

Is this even an official obama website that sells the affordable care insurance plans? I am confused by the site as they are using president obama's name on the website and they provide very good information but I do not see it saying this is the official site. I click on the site and they take me to all sorts of different insurance companies. I do not know if these are part of the obamacare or not though. I do not want to give my information to the wrong people and sign up for the wrong plan. Help!

Obamacarefacts.com does not sell anything and they are not the official website for the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare). They have simply taken on the job of trying to provide as much relevant information about the Affordable Care Act as is humanely possible. The site is constantly updating information as it changes or comes in. They often research and write new pages based on the questions they get from readers through the site. The information they provide is free, but like most websites they do sell advertising space to private insurance brokers and insurance companies, some of whom can help you sign-up for official Marketplace plans. They repeatedly state on their site that they are not the official Healthcare Insurance Marketplace and direct people to the official Marketplace at Healthcare.gov on almost every single page (if you actually read the information presented).

If you have a problem with one of the advertisers on the site: please go the http://obamacarefacts.com/contact/, fill out the contact form, and let them know which company SPECIFICALLY you are having trouble with. Lots of advertisers bid for space and they can't identify and correct the problem ones if you don't give them specific information about your problem.

ObamaCare was created by following Saul Alinsky's 'Model' from his book: "10 Rules for Radicals." Rule # 1: Create socialized medicine. This way you have started your journey to control "the people." Rule # 2: Raise the Nat'l Debt as high as you can, this way people won't complain about raises taxes. Obama raised our DEBT more than all other President's COMBINED! Rule # 3: Raise Taxes, boy did Obama do that. This way "Corps" will move their business to other countries and people will be jobless and dependant on the Gov't to survive! More people were on welfare, food stamps, jobless, homeless, etc... than under any other President since the great depression! ObamaCare was an abject failure and the Dem's did not read the package before they signed it. Nancy Pelosi said: "You'll have to pass it, then you can find out what it is." That's what a call pure negligence and not one Republican signed it. Anyway, look up Saul Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals" to see all of the 10 Rules Obama followed. It's beyond the pale! Sincerely, Cricket H.

Sorry about the web address, it's the closest I could get to what I wanted to write about. First I don't care that this president is kinda black, not really sure who what he is in that respect. I look at people as people not as what color they are, every race has it's fools, obama is exactly my point. Let me explain, the president if supposed to be the leader of the country not the divider, he/she is supposed to take responsibility for their actions, not have 2 speeches written depending on the outcome, just to cover their butt. The president is supposed to set an example by upholding the law and rules of the position, well wait a second, he did set an example, not a good one, rather and example of what NOT TO FOLLOW>. The president is supposed to protect us, yes that also means U.S. by not catering to terrorists and funding terrorist activities. The president takes care of Americans before any other country, yet how many of our veterans are homeless, after potentially offering up their lives for our freedom? Then obama, has the gall to look at the American people via television and say he feels he has left a positive footprint at the Whitehouse. The only positive part of your 8 years is that you are finally gone. Obamacare is worthless and he knows it, that is why he has been given an exemption, your executive decisions are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and you should be charged as an enemy of the state. Yet, obama, being the arrogant person he is, still believes he has done a good job. You will get the message soon, when ALL of everything you have done is repealed, removed and replaces and then you read in the history books, " worst president in American history" You wanted to leave a legacy, here you have it.
