So I ordered from OASAP because it seems to be great product, ON PHOTO...

Bought
Sweater- the shape is horrible, not like photo at all. Of course the quality is terrible
Dress- the top is see through! Which is NOT the way it is on the photos. And the bottom is lined so heavily? Doesn't make any sense.

FINE, i made the mistake of ordering, so how to return?

If you pay for the return shipping to china, which even with USPS, cheapest way and smallest box, its $30+, if they don't fit in an envelope or small box, be prepare to pay for $50+ just on shipping.

SO basically I am STUCK with this stuff, or I just use my return money to pay for return shipping

One star is too much! There are various websites such as Lulugal, DressLily, Cupshe, and now this one that are based in China and running the same scam. I truly believe they are all related and what they do is put together realistic looking websites based out of the United States that attracts customers by displaying beautiful pieces for very cheap prices. I also believe they post their own reviews, even on here and other sites like this, in order to convince people that everything is legit. As the saying goes, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. These companies are the perfect example of that. For those of you this have been victimized, I urge you to report your experience to econsumer.gov. They're similar to the BBB, but they investigate businesses outside the United States. Although there are lots of sites to voice complaints, that won't stop these illegal operations from running. However, enough complaints to organizations that are designed to investigate and shut down these types of organizations might...

Bought two items, first off it took over 5-6 weeks so the purpose of the maternity dress for my photoshoot ended up in a complete and utter mess! I ended up receiving something that did not look like ANY of the pictures. I ordered LARGE and everything looks like it was a bed sheet. Wrinkly, poor quality, and see through like this is stuff you can't go out in, I may be ablate salvage some lace and use it for an apron or use the white cloth as a rag. My total was $33 which is actually expensive for what you get. They make you return to China after I escalated the problem through paypay... oh because their customer service just DOES not exist. Tried to email and call as they have a "US office" yeah don't bother they should be taken down, they scam americans and CHINA does really sketchy business in general. Shipping to return even though they don't like accepting returns is more than what I paid ~$40. This is complete and utter bull$#*!, The return address is also like a paragraph long who knows where it will end up. I lost out on the money and I am stuck with the reminder of how $#*!ty companies and online retailers can be. Paypal also did nothing about it. They will "refund you" if and when the CHINA manager on the other side receives it. Oh but they won't accept any packages if it goes through customs... ummm everything from the US to China goes through customs, its an international transaction. LADIES BE AWARE, DO NOT ORDER HERE. I got screwed, save yourself the hassle!

However, on Oct 7th I received an email that my product had shipped (so clearly my express delivery FAILED). On top of that, my credit card began having fraud attacks on Oct 7th that were ironically based in the same city as Oasap- Hong Kong.

End result?

Still don't have my order and now I have to deal with replacing plastic and all accounts associated with it.

I want to thank all the women on here for leaving review's. I was about to order a couple of dresses for my friend's wedding when I decided to look up the review's on this site as I was extremely worried about cheap quality dresses. Thanks for saving me! And as for the review's on OASAP side. You have to do better then that. They are all posted on the same day, broken english, crappy spelling, and sounds like an infomercial. Word of advice. American women spend alot on clothes a year as well as leave review's if we like the product so it's not very wise as to rip them off. I know your country is about fast cash built on deception but try to have a little dignity and honor for your product's as well as your company's brand.

DO NOT order from this place. The cloths are made like crap you getting nothing bit garbage. Cheap material! I tried to send something back and it is impossible. There is no one you can contact. And the email address that they give you does not even go through. They tell you not to send it back to the address on the on the package. So where are you suppose to send it? When you try to contact someone they never respond. And that live chat is crap also. Do you know what a live chat is? It is when you speak to someone right away not sending an email and waiting for a response. This place should be shut down! ITS ALL A SCAM... I would not even give this place 1 star.

Long story short:

I found a beautiful Asos dress on their website. I thought Oasap was selling the Asos brand. Silly me.

The prices are reasonable but you're getting garbage. My dress took a month to arrive and it looked nothing like the Asos dress in the website's photos. It was poorly made with cheap materials. The skirt was hideous. No one with a brain would wear such a tacky dress.

I asked Oasap for a refund but they only offered a discount or credit. No, thank you. I don't want to shop there again. I requested a refund through Paypal. Oasap would give me the refund if the dress was shipped back. I refused because the dress was a counterfeit and I didn't want them to sell it to anyone else AND shipping to China was very expensive.

Oasap told me to ship economy ONLY because they'd have to pay for customs if the dress was shipped express. This was NOT stated on their website. I wanted to ship express so I can get my money back ASAP.

After a few weeks, I finally got a refund through Paypal. I took images of the dress to compare them to the real Asos dress.

DO NOT BUY FROM OASAP. Returns are a huge hassle. Their clothes are POOR QUALITY or COUNTERFEIT! Customer Service is non-existent. Don't do it!

I ordered from this company (before I saw this SiteJabber site). Took 3 weeks to get my order b/c I was totally unaware I was ordering from CHINA! Product didn't look near as good as it did listed on their page. Now they said I can get a $2 credit if I don't want to pay to return the $16 dollar shirt and then just donate it to a charity. I ordered a XL but it was very small! Don't do it, if you're thinking about ordering! Not as they appear!

About a month ago, I received a sunflower romper from Oasap. As expected, the quality of the material was very cheap, and the sizing was just bizarre, with the waist being extremely tight, but the bust being enormous, but whatever. I wake up this morning to find this email:

"The invoice status for the invoice number: #AP-******* has been updated to:
Shipped.
This status indicates that the seller has shipped your order.
You may view the update for this invoice using the link below:"

Why?!?! I've already payed for an received my order, I don't need another one. A little tip to anyone thinking about shopping from here, save your money for nicer, RELIABLE places
