I bought 2 Lakme lipstick, kajal, cc cream and compact from Nayka. Delivered products were not real Lakme. I have been using Lakme since long and I know those products were not genuine Lakme even packaging were different so I ask for return and refund. But the approval is pending since long. Very Disappointing experience. Would not suggest anyone to use this app.

Return policy of nykaa is soooo poor specially in electronics products... if you want to return them they start cooking up the new return policy... In shorr all they doing is a blame game.so avoid purchasing of electronic products from them
They'll make a fool of customers by writing SILK and delivering COTTON products which later turn out to be non refundable. Plus the colour of SET of 2 - the jacket and dhoti does not match. Jacket is lemon yellow and dhoti is sunflower yellow.
Shame on such a big fashion brand to cheat customers in this manner.

Products are awesome but customer services are not upto mark. I don't like The way they handle their customers. It's my second time I got leaked product... First time it was livon serum and second time it was treseme shampoo... When I opened it it was badly leaking and my hand and dress became dirty... I will never order anything from naykaa app. It was a bad experience for me.
Don't trust nykaa sales they will send wrong items and they will miss the products by splitting different shipments also don't keep any others

Customer service is the worst service they won't provide correct information if we asked to connect to higher officers they will keep on hold longtime and they will disconnect the call.
On December 4th 2022 many times we tried finally they arranged a call back after fighting with customer care executive longtime Mr. Arokiaraj John he was a manager he also provided false information he asked to allow 24hrs it was crossed also but not solution again on Dec 5th 2022 he was asking to allow us 24-48hrs time is this shame on nykaa.com
I placed an order on Nykaa.
I prepay my order usually.
& the same I did with the order I placed on Nykaa.
Its been over a week. I have not received the order.
Also my order is not reflecting on "my order" section of Nykaa portal.
The week has been full of follow ups on customer support of Nykaa
But thats all in vain.

Please do not return your product. Otherwise u will feel stuck... nither u will get your refund nor the product... it is frustrating and their customer excutive will say we are updating this and that.

Worst service ever. Their delivery guys are busy with functions and personal life and send back parcels. Then nykaa asks to place order the the price goes up and when there is no discount
DO NOT BUY STUFF, they do not accept your returns!
Buying is easy but if in the worst case scenario you would want to return the product expecting refund forget it.
They will reject your return request even if valid and state some $#*!ty reason. Happened twice with me itself.

I had ordered a backpack, which when i recieved it, i didnt like it. So i wanted to return it. But the only way one can return a product on nykaa is apparently if the product has some defect with it. Unlike other shopping sites where one can just return if a pdt is unused and not liked. I am never shopping frm nykaa again
Don't trust nyka. They are just frauds. I ordered my products on 10th August 2020 which was around 1000 rps worth and i paid with my debit. After 4 days i track my order and i saw that it was delivered on 12th August i was shocked i called customer care they told me that they will mail me something i checked mail they send me photos of fake signatures of delivery paper which was fake. Don't trust nyka plzz
I have ordered some products from Nykaa 0n 23rd and 24th Oct. After 3 days i received a msg that your order is out for delivery and i was quite excited to get my products as i ordered something around 8800 rupees in two orders and that was my first order on nykaa. But in the evening again i got a msg that your order could be deliver today due to address not found & phone not picked. How it can possible that address is not found. Every site like Amazon, Myntra deliver my order on time without any address issue. Even i didn't get any call from logistic agaent. Then i called to Nykaa's customer care around 5 Times in a day and every time they were saying mam, we are forwarding your request on high priority and our logistic partner will re-attempt for your order. But there is no update from anybody. This is my last order on nykaa, i can't loose my patience on such online site which are not able to deliver products on time. Today is 30th Oct still i have on update about my order.
Ma order didn't deliver on ma place n the item was paided on 18 July when m calling a coustomer care they says ma item is shown delivered already huh but mujhe to koi parcel nhi mila na call aya na msg such a fraud

For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
