On 16th November, I got a call from someone claiming She is from nykaafashion. Her name is Nidhi or Neha (+91 8481-*******) She told me there was a promo offer, where if I purchased items for INR 4999, I would get 40% cashback. In addition to that, I could choose an additional gift from the following products:
Dell Inspiron, Sony Bravia TV, Apple iPhone, Voltas AC, LG double door fridge.
They claimed that offer is from nykaafashion sales and promotion team and that I need to pay the amount of products not from the app(as it would be like any normal purchase and not the offer) but from Bank transfer.
So she said you will buy product from nykaa and do not proceed payment to nykaa app, she said ki aap screenshot lekr bhejo jo aapne nykaa per product liye hai aur total amount ka bhi screenshot bhejo (jo total amount 5140 rs tha) and she said mai aapka call meri regarding team se connect krti hu tab tak aap line pr raho. Phir kisi bande ne phone pr line join ki and he said apko ek QR link bhejenge aap ko waha payment krna hoga jo aap ne product liye hai uska, aur phir aapka gift appke product ke saath link krke aapko dispatch hoga. So I paid payment through gpay. (Total amount I paid him is 5140 rs via Gpay)
After payment they said sales promotion person will call me and confirm dipatch and then you can search the order ID on nykaafashion application as well.
The dispatch guy called from (*******076) and said that there is some GST issue that government is not approving using their GSTIN as the invoice for iPhone 12 128gb blue colour that I chose was in my name. So he insisted me to pay ******* and said you will get your money refund back after your order is once in your hand on delivery day.
(That's when I doubted ki ye fraud hai tou Maine mana kar diya paise dene se, aur maine kaha mujhe ye gift nhi chahiye mujhe mere paise return karo jo maine products ke liye bheje the with "gpay" and that amount is 5140 rs which is I gave for product from nykaafashion.

My concern is without any support from nykaa/nykaafashion or data leaked by them how did those people know about my order history my address and all other personal details because that is one of the major reason I thought it was authentic.
While we deal online on available platforms, we may find exclusive deals. Few are genuine deals and some of them are taking an advantage of internet to do scam. I can relate Nykaa Fashion to be one with fake reputation n no actual brand value like its competition Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio n Amazon. In past 5 years I have dealt a lot in online stores to buy fashion n needed products but never had any issue like what I face with this pathetic and semi scam brand Nykaa Fashion store online platform. I bought a product from them on cod on 22jan 2022. This order delivered to me on 25jan 2022, here I am taking refrence of proof from email sent to me via Nykaa fashion. I made a payment via my card and recieved package. In few minutes my wife opened the package sent by Nykaa. In my order I was suppose to get three pc Arrow suite but when opened I found only blazer and trouser but waistcoat was missing so I called Nykaa representative on*******333 to report this issue. Then they asked me to send the delivered package image on *******@nykaafashion.com and I did same. They asked me for 48-72 hours to investigate this matter, till now it feels okay for me. But after expiring 72 hours I sent them an email again but same 48-72 hours same format email sent to me again from their representative which was little unethical. I sent them an email again with harsh words then also same 48-72 hours farmetted template email sent to me from their representative. Today I recieved an email that my order was delivered properly according to them and they cannot do anything to resolve it. This time they played me.
This brand do not have reputation to fix consumer griviences. They only know how to sell but customer service is at below standards. I have been billed with different online platforms but reputed brands take customer care at top priority which enhances trust doing business but Nykaa have dishonest approach. I may file a complaint related to it. Consumers have few other options too and now I want to try them as well. May be this is small issue for Nykaa but small can raise to big. I do not reccomed this company and its trade to anyone. In scam terms they are like we see ads on insta and when it delivers to you than you get to know what you have got and that is nothing value for money. In India we have low data plans and internet is in reach which makes brand to flourish but these brands give a nagetive impact to society and e- economy of India.
I do not trust Nykaa Fashion, I hope whosoever read this review will also feel my pain and may not deal on their glittering offers which may not be same in actual. I am attaching screenshot of my emails with Nykaa Fashion which can be used as a proof of undelivered service.

I visited the Nykaa store at Mantri Square Mall today and I am compelled to write a bad review owing to their really pathetic customer care and support.
This is not just a one time occurrence, and I have been appalled by the poor service they provide the 3 times I have visited this store. I don't think I will be visiting this store again, until they train their staff or change their staff for the better.
A short lady, (spoke Kannada and English, don't know the name because Nykaa very conveniently does not have name badges!) insisted on helping, her tone and body language was very rude. She tried to keep promoting certain brands, insisting i buy them even though she did not have testers for these. When I tried to look around the very poorly maintained store, she would not even let me look at other brands, including their home brand Nykaa! I persisted, and when I asked for some of them for which they had displayed testers, she said they are out of stock as they no longer wish to keep those brands in their store! Why keep the testers on display then? And why compel me to buy brands for which there are no testers? They insist on Kay Beauty, HUDA and MAC over their own brand or other brands like Lakme and Maybelline.
During billing, the other male member (had short hair, medium stature, spoke only Hindi) who is usually around this store decided to give themselves a 5 star rating as MY customer review right in front of me. And when i questioned this, he decided to smile at me and look unapologetic. The same lady justified this by stating that the review page lasts only for 20 seconds, which absolutely cannot justify what they did. (Probably to get herself/himself good ratings within the company - helps promotions etc i suppose). This is atrocious behaviour that cannot be tolerated. It would be really sad if Nykaa decides to rely on such false, concocted customer reviews to promote such staff as they will continue to shoo away the most loyal customers.
Thereafter, this same lady decided to not to help with removing the lipstick swatches on my hand despite me requesting for it, but also decided to stand afar and stare. This is really poor behaviour on their part and wards off customers.
If possible, i would give them a negative rating, not 1 star.
I have placed the order on 2nd may midnight... The address is right but by mistake pin code was given kolkata-******* although I have mentioned twice the pincode Kolkata ******* and Kolkata *******... It's nearby but from your team no one has co-op rated with me...
I have explained for last 4 days thousand times...
You people running a big business nd you people are so inefficient that can't deliver to my address or provide the information to courier department?
